What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Julie and Tom were AMAZING hosts. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The golf cart is a major plus! You will have everything you need here. I wish we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had a family vacation to experience the ocean and grandson to try and surf. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was excellent to come back to after a long day of doing things around town. Washer and dryer were great as well were traveling and needed to do clothes. The owner was awesome to work with on a couple things we called her about. Other than that we will definitely stay there again if ever coming back to the neighborhood.

Lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Disney. 15 mins drive away from the parks with easy check in and a spacious place to stay with kids. The fireworks are visible from the place as described but they’re so far away we ended up not seeing them like we thought we would.

Would 100% stay here again. You can tell everything in the condo was thought out, and they have everything you would need plus more. Being that I had to fly in, there were definitely things I could not bring with me that I wish that I could have that were thankfully at the condo once I arrived, which took that stress off of me. The beach was easy to access and extremely quiet which we loved. 10/10

Chris was a great host. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice and recommendations. The property was amazing. His décor was outstanding! The details were perfect. The property was easy to access and easy to enter. The Bay and pool were right outside our window. The bar at the pool had lots of options. There was even entertainment on Friday night at the pool. We felt completely safe and the parking was also easy and covered (under the condo). We loved our stay at this property. Highly recommend property and host!

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

This place was a gem. The location was great, the pool was wonderful, and the house was as described. There were extra touches that really went above and beyond—all the amenities, the multiple options of coffee machines, the numerous bath and beach towels—everything was so well thought out for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place for families looking for a nice stay in Vero Beach.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house—quiet, scenic, and right on the water. Waking up to the sun over the lake and enjoying coffee on the porch was absolute bliss. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. What a gem so happy with our stay at Spanish Eyes! We found Carmen and Shalom’s place to be very clean and well equipped, which is what I look for a comfortable stay. Their place is very well maintained and had such beautiful views of the ocean! We absolutely loved the beach access right off the property, it’s very private and almost all of our stay had the beach to ourselves! Oh and the beds we slept so well, what a restful stay after coming from the theme parks! Thanks so much I would most definitely stay again and again!!

Great stay! It’s cozy and has everything you need. Right on the water with the best views of the river. It’s also close to tons of different places for day trips, definitely recommend.

We had an absolute blast staying at this Airbnb in Orlando! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, drinks, and clear instructions for everything in the house. James and Fabiene were the BEST! Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.
