We enjoyed Janet’s place very much, our kids had blast at the pool and petting/riding Apollo (miniature horse). Thank you for giving us a tour of the farm. We enjoyed personal touch and genuine conversations with Janet, Nando and rest of her beautiful family!

We weren’t able to stay long but enjoyed the short time we were there. Comfortable and convenient.

Had a great stay at Ruth's place while I explored the Daytona Beach area for a few days. This was the perfect home base for my travels, good amount of space, and a private and quiet spot. I would absolutely come stay again.

This place was absolute heaven! The location is something that should not be under-emphasized. Situated right on the Banana river with amazing sunsets and the ocean literally steps in the other direction - we felt as if we were on a tropical island. The pool was just icing on the cake! The property has a lush, green surrounding of amazing palm trees and huge bamboo trees. This property is extremely well taken care of. There are walkable (and good) restaurants in either direction from the property and the vibrant life of Cocoa Beach is just a few short minutes of a drive down the road. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, with great recommendations. The accommodations were the perfect size for two and the bed was extremely comfortable. One week was not enough. We will be returning for sure. Would give more than 5 stars if we could. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing week!

This place was so nice for my daughter and I. We were welcomed with open arms and the place was just as described. We met the grounds keeper CC who was a joy to meet. It was quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

Robert was a great host! Lots of great local recommendations. His place was extremely clean and had everything you could need. Well stocked with essentials. Close to Indian Shores Beach and Clearwater Beach. Had chairs, umbrella and cooler to use at the beach, great amenity!! You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend to stay at Roberts place and we plan to be back soon!!

Lovely place to stay- quiet and very comfortable. Well equipped apartment, located close to great beaches. Slavica and Huso were fabulous hosts- so welcoming and helpful. We felt like staying with family. Very glad we stayed here and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend visiting.

I chose this place for my best friend’s first visit to Florida. My own house is too small to accommodate guests, but I wanted someplace close. The Oasis at Hillside is within easy walking distance, so it was perfect! The hosts are wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating but also respectful of your own time. Beautiful pool and outdoor area to relax in. My friend and I especially loved their two Goldendoodles! So friendly, WELL behaved and totally charming! If you are a dog lover this will be an added treat for you! My friend and I highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable and homey place for your Florida getaway!

Awesome little house close to UCF

This house is absolutely beautiful and our hosts were kind and responsive. Spacious one bedroom and the location is perfect! Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Very peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. The pool area was a huge plus. We cannot wait to book again!!

5 Stars – A Peaceful and Perfect Stay in Tampa! We had a wonderful stay at Liz’s Airbnb in Tampa, FL. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with a calm and safe atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the best parts of our stay was how conveniently located the house was. Whether we were headed to downtown Tampa, local attractions, or even Clearwater Beach, everything was within a short 20–30 minute drive. It made getting around stress-free and allowed us to make the most of our time in the area. Liz was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. She even allowed us to use the washer and dryer before our departure, which was a thoughtful touch that made our trip even smoother. The amenities provided were just what we needed, and it’s clear that Liz puts care into making her guests feel welcome.

This stay was an absolute delight, and we look forward to hopefully staying again at some point in the future. The bed was extremely soft, and the charging station came in handy for our devices. It was a little hard to find the parking spot, as our first time in was in the dark, but the host was super helpful and came out to guide our was. 10/10, 100% recommended

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. Independent building. Quiet area. Clear instructions taped to walls all around. Helpful with adjusting the mini-splits temperature and turning off the bright display at night. Bed comfortable with 2 thin and 2 thick pillows. Helpful check-in pictures describing the gate, otherwise it would be hard to find. For minor things that could be improved... Attention to aesthetic detail was lacking. Most can be seen in their pics… Packaging tape on edges of cabinet doors (previously kept some doors closed/prevented use?), large font on blue paper content signs stuck to cabinet doors. Location of TVs to seating areas not comfortable. If have thick hair, note the water pressure is on the lower side. These only minimally detract… Overall clean, quiet and comfortable location. Would stay again.

If I could give Cindy & Paul 1,000 stars, I totally would. They went above and beyond super host expectations and truly made our baby moon vacation an unforgettable experience. I cannot possibly emphasize enough how welcomed they made us feel and gave us the much needed time to relax at Cocoa Beach! They were also very informative regarding all the local area. They literally had everything needed to experience the perfect beach day, fully stocked kitchen to make a meal and enjoy in the cute and relaxing backyard. We stayed with our dogs and they enjoyed having a spot of their own. Backyard ambiance is one of a kind. I cannot express how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely be back in the future. Veras accomodation is really a treat. We slept like babies and really enjoyed the time there. Vera and her husband were super helpful and very kind. A perfect spot to find some peace and quiet if you are looking for it. If you want to enjoy the surroundings there are a lot of good restaurants and bars. Bed top, showers top.
