Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Please note there is no barrier around pool and all children (anyone under age of 18)must be supervised at all times. Guests must swim at their own risk. You may see horses in the paddocks. Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella North)

All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

(Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and Splash (and more!) — who are our guests, too. Hi everyone! This little cabin is a bedroom with a queen size bed. It is camping. It includes coffee maker,pods Cream , Sugar. It has a/c electricity and a lamp. The restroom and showers are Close by. You have a fire pit that is a grill and table and chairs just out front. You might want to grab some wood and match light charcoal makes cooking on the grill easier. You are welcome to pet the horses and goats. We allow well behaved dogs that are leashed.
