Didn’t have to worry about the accommodations so we could enjoy getting together with family.

This was our second visit! Holly is incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many amenities—you truly don’t need to leave the property! We loved the peaceful setting, complete with a private lake and dock, and the outdoor hot tub was a perfect touch, especially with the provided robes, towels, and slippers. Quiet, relaxing, and beautifully maintained—highly recommend! It’s a keeper on our list!

We had a lovely stay. it's super cute, private, and quiet. we will definitely book again. there are 13 other cabins to chose from. We also enjoyed the town and near by venues. Cool place❣️

Planned a fishing trip for my fiancés birthday and my dad. He had a sever work accident and is now able to get around. 1st day we were greeted by a bunch of chickens. There were a few firepits, grills in every section, kid play areas, and parking spots. We didn’t ketch much the first night so we drove 25 min to county market to grill steaks. My dad is very strong(headed) and did not care how steep the trail to the dock was, but beware it will take your breath! The 2nd day we were greeted by 3 cats and went fishing for 9hrs. We fed turtles with worms and fed snakes with baby fish. We caught a couple bluegill and 3 bass for dinner! We had a fire while filleting fish during the sunset. Jenn was the best! She gave us fresh bread and allowed us to soak in the hot tub since no one rented the barn. It happened to be a full moon and clear sky! We left the next morning but we will be booking again soon! We want to check out other fishing spots near by. Jenn has all the info you need! Thx you!!!

Justin’s place was the perfect hideaway! So beautiful and very peaceful. There was enough room for the kids to play, variety of sports in the gym! Would rent again for sure… might even do it again next year!

This is an excellent Airbnb at a truly special location, nestled between two valleys. It was serene and peaceful. We saw tons of birds that I would never see how I been in the middle of the city. They insured that the house was completely immaculate. The beds were very, very comfortable. I never made any contact with the neighbors, but they all seemed really nice! I spotted some wild turkey a few deer and of course the groundhog! The place has a lot of style and some really cool features. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re very grateful for the host!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at her house. We feel very welcome and safe here. Love the house and the neighborhood. Beth is very responsive and sweet! As long as we keep coming to Illinois, we will continue to stay at her house!

The place was great! The name is very appropriate cause it was so cozy!!! We didnt use alof of the amenities cause we were only there for the weekend but overall we loved it! We brought our dogs and they had a blast in the backyard!

We love Innsbrook and always have a good time. We liked this house, but I will put out there as a warning, that the walk down to the dock is VERY steep and may not be the best option for little kids or older guests. The stay was great, but we definitely needed to take caution when walking down the steep walkway to the dock. We were told that repairs are coming for the wood walkway, so we were happy to hear that for future guests.

This was a short stay but one of the best we’ve had in all our years of booking family gatherings. The Cottage was spotless, lots of things to do for all ages! Beds, kitchen, living area were comfortable and roomy. Outdoor area had lots of things to do. Best of all, Brandon, our host was quick to respond to questions and absolutely fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this host as he has several options and will make sure your stay is enjoyable! This cottage is minutes away from Grafton and Alton, Illinois! Several of our group said that they would like to stay there again!

I was born and raised in Princeton, and John's place is my lodging of choice when I come back to visit. It is completely private and peaceful, with only nature surrounding you. 5 stars on all categories except for the one on value - John's asking price is five stars, but the almost $100 service fee Airbnb tacks on at the end certainly changes things a little bit. A tremendous amount of things to do in Princeton and the surrounding area, so a great place to visit and highly recommend considering John's listing if you're looking for a place. Very easily accessible to Interstate 80 when you're coming in and out of town

Mark is a wonderful host- he has made lots of little touches to make sure the cottage feels cozy and homey. As previous reviews mentioned, there were a few fresh groceries supplied for our stay (which was a touching surprise, even though I read about it in the reviews!) and the bathroom linen closet was also stocked with a few essentials- which came in handy when we forgot something. The space was very clean and comfortable. It’s clear that Mark takes a lot of pride in the upkeep of the cottage! He was also very communicative and responsive. We’re hoping for an opportunity to come back.

This was the second time we've stayed at the Stone Cottage, and it was another great stay! This was perfect for 3 couples. All was clean & well appointed. And the location is terrific. It is really close to walk to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood.

The place was clean and cozy! The house was filled with nice touches, including end tables and convenient plug ins for phones, etc. Very close to the park and all of the Big Things in a Small Town.

Lovely place. Well furnished, great beds, wonderful shower, cozy kitchen with a lovely back porch! Loved it all.

JJ and Sherri are fantastic hosts! We look forward to staying with them again!
