Cute place for two adults, a 6 y/o and 2 poodles. Our stay was one night and this place was perfect for a stop in west central IL

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

We were in town for a college intro visit and the U was within a short walk...awesome. Cute (my wife's word), clean and a fenced in yard which really came in handy since we had a last minute addition of taking our dog. I would definitely recommend if you need to be close to the campus! Kimberly’s school house canyon home was perfect for our stay! My husband and I wanted a home to stay in while we explored Starved Rock and Matthiessen state parks. The school house is perfectly situated between the two parks, and was a comfortable stay in between picturesque hiking. We especially enjoyed the fenced in yard and fire pit for relaxing evenings!

We had a great stay! The place was so cozy, the decor was so cute, and the whole house was very clean (and the towels smelled amazing!😊) She was a great communicator and had very clear instructions on how to check in and out. Great for a little weekend trip! Would definitely stay again!

We had our 9 person family here with our 3 dogs and the space was perfect. Lots of games and pool time for the kids and adults alike. The charcoal grill was hard to get right but we are just not used to dealing with that type of grill! Lots of hiking in nearby areas.

We enjoyed our stay at Amy’s Pool House! It was perfect for our trip visiting family during thanksgiving. Close to everything we needed and easy to find and access. The house was well stocked, esp plenty of towels! It was perfect for our dog too. He loved their yard and it was perfectly quiet for him. There is plenty of space and its comfy. We really enjoyed using the tv, and the hot tub! You could see the stars at night. :) We found the pool house a bit chilly at times and the bed was not our preference but overall we really enjoyed our stay! Amy was also very responsive and kind! We would come back here to stay again! :)

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for, loved the bath tub and hot tub! Super clean and comfy! Our family loved it! It was the perfect get away after a busy day in the city!

Charming step into the past fitting for a visit to Hannibal to explore the life and times of Mark Twain. If you want modern bathroom luxury then maybe it won’t be for you but the clawfoot tub with shower and other antique bathroom furnishings was a quaint and functional experience. Kitchen was well stocked - even parchment paper for the oven that we were happy to find. The historic home has everything you need to be comfortable but yet feel like you’re in a living museum with a life and past of its own. It’s filled with beautiful antique furniture and tastefully done to mix old and new. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to most local sites and two grocery stores not far away. Enjoyable experience.

We love Innsbrook and always have a good time. We liked this house, but I will put out there as a warning, that the walk down to the dock is VERY steep and may not be the best option for little kids or older guests. The stay was great, but we definitely needed to take caution when walking down the steep walkway to the dock. We were told that repairs are coming for the wood walkway, so we were happy to hear that for future guests.

Very kind and gracious hosts that go above and beyond for their guests. My family had a great time and enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub! Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at the "Cabin By the Creek," as it's one of my family's most memorable vacation spots. Our recent trip did not disappoint and had my children pleading to make this an annual tradition. From the serene landscape to the impeccable cleanliness of cabin and thoughtful snacks, this is a little slice of heaven for those looking to get away.

Our stay was perfect! Staying at the cabin was peaceful and just what my family and I needed. We had a wonderful time and loved being able to just be together as a family in nature. If anyone wants a peaceful stay with great hosts this place is where you want to stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Stopped in for the night on a road trip. Picked the perfect place, they took us on short notice and had it clean and ready for us! Really neat place in a great neighborhood with plenty of things to do around there. I plan to visit again with more time and explore some!

The place was better then expected! Beautiful home out in the country... out problems were phones went in and out when trying to find the house so write down direction.. its easy to find then.. also because im old and crazy we locked ourselfs out.. never lock the bottom lock ugh.. anyways adrin was the best! so nice to be out in the country and saw the strawberry moon!

Very cozy home, super clean, just like the pictures but better. My son had so much fun on the pedal boat fishing. Having a place out front for our dog was accommodating and let us relax as well. She has everything you could possibly “what if” need for your stay, we will definitely be keeping this ace in our back pocket when we are passing through again!
