I rented this apartment for my daughter, a student, who was scheduled to complete a degree training over a month. Talensac High School is a 10-minute walk away, direct access along a large street with wide pedestrian access, busy and safe. All the shops needed were on his daily journey, very convenient. She was able to do all her trips on foot. The neighborhood is very attractive and lively, the atmosphere is friendly. Restaurants nearby, public transportation. The view of the main street is beautiful and landscaped because it has trees. The window is large and stylish. The shower is new and convenient. The apartment is comfortable and equipped. I would highly recommend it.

Pascal and his apartment were absolutely wonderful. Pascal was helpful, always responsive and thoroughly enjoyable to be with. The location was perfect for exploring the city.
