It is the best place if you want to have the perfect French adventure, in Nantes, is a beautiful apartment. It is close to the tram lines and you can go to any place easy. The response from Aurelie to any question was immediately and satisfactory. 100% recommended.

Pretty apartment very close to public transport on the island of Nantes. Very friendly hosts who respond quickly to messages. Clean apartment and nice kitchen to make food. Some stakes with the washer, you should not be in a hurry if you launch.

We had a lovely stay at Christophe's apartment. Situated within an islet of the river Loire, you had many amenities close by (express convenience store, coffee shop, pizza and other takeaway's) but the area is quiet and you overlook the river itself. The centre of Nantes town is only around 12 mins walk away, so a really nice spot. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and you have a living room / diner, kitchen also with dining space, toilet with separate shower room. The two bedrooms are good sizes as well you have a large room with a double bed and a slightly smaller but ample room that had bunk beds. The apartment was perfect for my travelling party which included me, my wife, a five year old and 18 months old, we had everything we needed. The house itself was furnished nicely and it had a really cool vibe. Christophe and François were very available and responsive to any messages we had regarding our stay and the whole experience was very smooth 😊

Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival, but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth emanating from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thanks to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted as we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

Not only did the accommodation match the photos as well as the description given, but we were won over from the moment we opened the accommodation. The house was cool, with the heat outside, it was very pleasant. When we opened the roller shutters, the house was immediately filled with light. In short, you will have understood that we fell under the spell of this tastefully decorated house, it is functional and peaceful, no noise around. I can only recommend it.

We were here for the 3rd time. We will definitely come back here more often. It is a great accommodation located on the flat land between Nantes and Pornic / Saint -Nazaire. Beautiful clean house equipped with all comforts. Beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen and shower/toilet. Beautiful large garden with terrace and the possibility to BBQ. Particularly child-friendly and many play opportunities for children. This location is really recommended. Jean -Yves and his wife are very friendly and kind and are always willing to help you or answer questions. In short: it was another great holiday. -

Ultra-fast communication with the host. Small accommodation but ultra functional and complete, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for a couple. We only had a little difficulty finding the exact place (door).

Laetitia's place was perfect for our winter holiday with our teenage grandchildren. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The location is amazing, close to the old city and main attractions in Nantes, yet quiet and peaceful because it is in a courtyard. We want to return to this apartment next time we visit Nantes!

We had a very pleasant 4 days at Christine's! The house is comfortable, it quickly feels like home. It is ideally located near the tram and buses, very convenient for visiting Nantes . Christine is a welcoming host, and although we did not meet her in person , she was very attentive and present by message . a great stay!

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
