You can enjoy the sunny weather of South Gran Canaria all year long in the outdoor living area. The pool is heated and can also be enjoyed during the winter months, and it is protected by barriers for your kids’ safety and for your peace of mind.

Villa The Palms is located in the exclusive and quiet Meloneras area. The development is surrounded by the golf course. The villa is surrounded by a garden of different varieties of palm trees and consists of 5 rooms (one of them on the ground floor suitable for people with disabilities) tastefully decorated as well as spacious and diaphanous spaces to make living together easier and more comfortable. It is equipped with a Life Fitness gym as well as a pool with whirlpool.

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Casa Azul - Welcome to the chicken house

The chicken coop used to be here. But you can't see anything of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
