Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Immagini perfettamente corrispondenti all’alloggio, cosa non scontata. La casa era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, l’host è sempre stato estremamente disponibile e cortese fin dalla prima comunicazione. Perfetta la posizione per noi che cercavamo un alloggio ampio e vicino alla fiera di Milano: la settimana è stata stancante ma la sera ci sembrava quasi di rientrare a casa nostra perchè tutta la casa è davvero ben curata e trasmette calore.

Gaetano was an amazing host. He was so welcoming and friendly. Such a cute little apartment and we had so much space for 3 people. The fire for when it was cold so was nice too. Would really recommend. It's about an hour away from Milan on bus and tram but we didn't mind the travelling. Local supermarket was massive, was about a 10 minute walk but super easy to find.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Alle comfort was aanwezig voor ons gezin (met 2 kinderen van 8 & 9 jaar). We hebben mooie wandelingen kunnen maken in de omgeving (mooie natuur en interessante bezienswaardigheden). Het zwembad was fantastisch. Leuke horeca (trattoria's) in de nabijheid.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Julien. Er war immer erreichbar, hat sofort geholfen und hat viele Tips gegeben. Top Host, immer wieder gerne!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico! L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto, pulito, spazioso e ben arredato, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, ma abbastanza tranquilla da garantire un riposo sereno. Il nostro ospite è stato estremamente disponibile e attento, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e dando ottimi consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo vivamente questa sistemazione e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Wir haben die Villa für eine sechsköpfige Gruppe gemietet und insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt perfekt . Die Villa entsprach weitgehend den Beschreibungen und war ausreichend ausgestattet. **Positives:** - Die Buchung verlief reibungslos und die Kommunikation mit Paolo und Andrea war freundlich und effizient. - Die Villa war sauber und die Zimmer waren geräumig genug für uns alle. - Die Lage der Villa war fantastisch, da sie sich in einem Naturpark befand. Die Fahrt durch den Wald war spannend und hat uns ein Gefühl von Abenteuer vermittelt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Villa für zukünftige Buchungen wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Excelente ubicación para los que tenemos actividades en el Centro de Convenciones Micco. A una cuadra un excelente supermercado, a una cuadra el Metro. Zona tranquila, arbolada, iluminada, segura y comunicada. ¡Una joya! Mil gracias Micol.

Beautiful place, really is such a cool interior and everything js thoughtfully chosen. Marconi’s really accommodating and responses are quick!

Guter Ort um Milano zu erkunden! Von der Wohnung aus sind Bars, Restaurants, einige Läden, etc. super erreichbar. Für alles Andere ist die Metro gerade um die Ecke. Es ist etwas laut, weil das Quartier sehr belebt ist. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ging es tiptop, aber evtl. Schwierig für sehr leichte Schläfer. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, ist perfekt sauber und es hatte bereits ein kühles Getränkt im Kühlschrank :) ! Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Meine Freundinnen und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war sehr sauber und alles funktionierte super 👍🏼 Außerdem kommt man von der Unterkunft super einfach mit der Bahn zum Dom 😇 Check-In und Check-Out verliefen reibungslos. Kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Balkon und gut erreichbar mit der Metro. Leider etwas hellhörig, aber dafür gab es Ohropax :)

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

We stayed here for 3 nights and we visited milano and lake como Its a great place if u have a car, there is free parking next to the place The place is not the fanciest but we had everything we needed The snacks for the breakfast were nice and plenty from the host The only negative thing was the bed, there were 2 single beds not 1 double snd it was a little uncomfortable

Signor Gianni molto disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, persona molto gentile e chiara nel parlare, per tutta la settimana che abbiamo soggiornato nel suo alloggio non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di disturbo o problema. alloggio molto comodo, tranquillo e pulito, quasi come essere a casa. sicuramente ritorneremo in caso di necessità. This was mine and my family’s first time in Italy for my mother’s birthdays and it was truly an amazing experience and our accommodation was everything and more for what we could have asked for. Before booking valentina was answering all my questions and as you can imagine, coming to a new country and the unknown can be daunting but Valentina was so informative and punctual with her responses. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had pleasure to meet her father who was so lovely and would say hello to us and see how we was doing during passing. The location of the apartment was minuets from the train station, market close by to get shopping needed, Hope to come again and will be recommending Valentinas home to family and friends,

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni nell’appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lucia è davvero super accogliente e disponibile. In casa c’è tutto l’occorrente e si trova sempre il parcheggio gratuito. Pulizia impeccabile. È come sentirsi a casa 🥰 Grazie Lucia !

Fully recommend! Dimitri was really good, responding to messages within minutes, and was very helpful. Apartament was very clean and modern. Really good for family 2+2. Kitchen had everything you need (maybe just need a sharper knife!). 10 minute walk to metro which takes You directly to Duomo without need to change the lines. Parking the car was bit challenging in the evenings as all the places were usually taken, but there was a public car park with lots of spaces about 5 minute walk from the apartament. Supermarket within walking distance, local bakery just across the road and small shop which was open till late night. Lidl and Il Gigante about 10 minute drive as well. For runners: there are two large parks just about 1 km from the apartament which had lots of paths for training (some local events were happening also!).

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque persone presso la struttura per una sola notte, una coppia nella camera al piano terra, una coppia al piano superiore soppalcato ed una quinta persona nel divano letto al piano terra zona ingresso. L’appartamento si presenta pulito, arredato con cura, letti comodi, bagni puliti e ben insonorizzato. L’host si è dimostrato sempre reattivo per ogni richiesta in fase di prenotazione, fornendo inoltre informazioni utili per parcheggiare la nostra auto in zona. Le informazioni per il check-in sono state fornite in modo dettagliato. Unico appunto riguarda l’impossibilità di oscurare i lucernari a tetto, infatti chi dorme nel soggiorno e nel soppalco non ha la possibilità di oscurare o schermare la luce che entra dai lucernari, potrebbe essere uno svantaggio per chi, come nel nostro caso, preferisce dormire con il buio. Si tratta in ogni caso di una preferenza personale. Nel complesso consiglierei la struttura.

Great host, he was very responsive, clear guidance and very friendly host. Very clean rooms, furniture and features as described. I can recommend the place without any hesitation.
