Das Steinhaus war einfach traumhaft! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom absolut privaten und uneinsichtigen Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Ruhe in der Umgebung war genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Unterkunft direkt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Ein tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer, das man in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreicht. Super ist auch, dass man ein Stand-up Paddle ausleihen kann. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und herzlich. Schade war, dass wir erst am Abreisetag erfahren haben, dass wir für die Hunde einen Aufpreis bezahlen müssen. Als wir gebucht haben, gab es darüber keine Information.

Our family enjoyed our visit to Pag Island. Beata's place was very modern and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity of activities in the town of Pag but peacefulness of the location away from town.

Skvělé ubytování, místo, pláž u apartmánu, poloha apartmánu. Jediný problém byl se sousedy nad námi, kteří bohužel nedokázali dodržet noční klid a tak 2 noci byly s přerušovaným spánkem. Na druhou stranu noční život k tomuto městu asi aktuálně patří :-)

Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans ce havre de paix, entourés par la nature et bercés par le calme. La maison, nichée au cœur d’un cadre verdoyant, nous a offert tout le confort et la tranquillité dont nous avions besoin pour déconnecter. Réveil face à la forêt, couchers de soleil paisibles, silence total : un vrai bol d’air pur. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter le parc de Plitvice, un joyau naturel impressionnant, puis de revenir ici, dans cette bulle de sérénité. Un grand merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée. Nous repartons ressourcés, le cœur léger, et avec l’envie de revenir un jour.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Courteous and very friendly hosts, fantastic house in a quiet location, very clean and tidy. We had a great time!

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub mit unseren Freunden. Die Unterkunft war makellos, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, z.B. hat sich die Herdplatte einfach selbstständig während dem Kochen ausgeschaltet. Leider konnte man diese dann auch 10 Minuten nicht mehr einschalten. Der Kühlschrank draußen müsste mal wieder abgetaut werden und die Codes für Tür und Tor hätten früher durchgegeben werden können. Der Außenbereich war Traumhaft, besonders die Outdoor Küche und die Feuerstelle. Im wesentlichen war es Super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir sind begeistert, schöner wie auf den Fotos! Ein echter Diamant, man hat nicht das Bedürfnis das Haus zu verlassen, wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen zwei Kindern und zwei Hunden dort. Makellos in jeder Ecke !

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You'll have a great time.

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. De woning is prachtig en Marija is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomd en er stond zelfs taart in de koelkast. Een van ons was jarig en Marija verraste ons nog extra met een heerlijke taart om het te vieren. We komen zeker terug! Dankjewel voor de geweldige dagen in het prachtige huis!

Ein absoluter Traum! Die Unterkunft bei Sanja war perfekt – sehr hochwertig, blitzsauber und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Der Jacuzzi und der gesamte Wellness-Bereich waren top gepflegt und luden jeden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse konnten wir die Ruhe und die schöne Aussicht wunderbar genießen. Wer Erholung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Empfehlung!

Völlig autark und total einsam gelegen. Die Lsge ist einmalig, man hört und sieht nur: gelegentlich Radfahrer, und jeweils früh und abends werden die Schafe vorbei getrieben. Viele Schnettwrlinge, Vögel, Eidechsen und Schlangen. Die Unterkunft is total herzig eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen! Unser Hund hatte das Paradies dort. Schöner Blick auf das Meer.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It had all you need doar a good vacation. Anja and her family were very helpful and friendly. They got sure that our stay was perfect. We are very glad and happy that we found this beautiful location near the beach ❤️🏖️

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Amazing and so peaceful after a day in the park. Enjoyed cooking pasta and then a comfy, restful sleep : )

Wunderbare Lage, so ruhig und friedlich, liebevollst eingerichtet, schöne Plätze um das Haus, supertolle Ausstattung der Küche, perfekte Matratze! Feine Kommunikation mit Sonja, der Tante von Patricija, die ganz in der Nähe wohnt, Trauben und Olivenöl als Geschenk..... also wirklich alles phantastisch!

Emilijana is a great host, and the apartment is perfectly located right at the water front. If you seek quiet and relaxation, this is a perfect place to be!

The appartment is l/super close to the sea. It's a very peaceful and calm place with an amazing view and nice terrasse, and everything close by we needed. Also good for SUP. Ane is a lovely host and recommended an amazing restaurant. We enjoyed each day, thanks for having us :)
