Very nice flat, only short walk away from the City center. A big shopping center is also close to the appartement. The flat was very clean, a parking garage is available in the building.

Great place with a peaceful little outdoor space that is perfect for drinking a glass of wine and relaxing. very clean and seems newly remodeled. A short walk to the mall or to the city center, very well located. The was always responsive and very helpful, highly recommend.

Our stay in Michal's apartment was simply perfect and even better than we dreamed. The contact was warm, helpful and uncomplicated from the beginning. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was particularly important to us. The apartment was super clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We lacked nothing and the size was ideal for the three of us. The location is fantastically quiet and only a few meters from the lake. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. Everything is very dog-friendly and we were able to unwind wonderfully. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Michal was a great host, always easy to reach and very friendly. We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

We were a group of 6 girls and it was great! Very nice and a lot of space. By WA, the contact was always very quick and very nice! The area itself is beautiful too. Only the address was not so easy to find with Google maps. But phone help with way description was available!

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

When we arrived, we were immediately expected, the host was constantly available by phone and terribly nice and welcoming, we had a lot of privacy and the backyard, which is a big waste for the smokers, and a big plus is the proximity of food and the welcome of the dogs. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality next time. We only recommend

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

It is a clean and tidy new apartment. There were a lot of beds, and there was a balcony, so it wasn't stuffy! The sofa bed was also spacious, so I didn't feel uncomfortable lying down! It was a little far from the main street of Český Krumlov, but it was definitely not too far to walk! Rather, I think this place was more open and new than the complex and narrow city! I highly recommend it!

The place is great! The maximum that can be made of an attic apartment. Everything was in top order, smelled of cleanliness and detergent (detergent almost too strong). The host described everything well and in a timely manner and gave some recommendations. There was also nothing to complain about in terms of accessibility. So, I'd do it again anytime. Clear recommendation. Thank you for a great stay.

Veronika was an amazing host, we really enjoyed her beautiful place despite rainy weather but could easily walk to the indoor pool.

The place was nice and in a quiet place. It is also suitable for families with children.

The appertment is well equipt and even small it fits a family of 4 comfortably. We had a nice stay.
