Public transport (bus) can also be reached 500 m from our farm. There are also 2 taxi companies in the village. The farming shape and the rural ambiance makes our accommodation unique. Connecting tradition and technology is a big challenge. We are striving to manage the farm sustainably, which is only organic-loved. We have our own water source with a very good analysis, which is also rounded out with Grander water revitalization. We generate all the electricity through a photovoltaic system and reach a Co² of savings of about 13,000 kg annually.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of meadows and woods. The beautiful view from the balcony of the apartment, where you can still look at the starry sky with a glass of wine. With a bit of luck, you can also spot a wild animal, like a deer or a deer.
