The "Les Galets" studio is located 50 m from Lecques beach, the public garden and shops. The very bright apartment is located in our family home with a separate entrance. Upstairs of the house, the hostess runs a wellness area. Small apartment ideal for sea lovers. There is a parking space in the yard, and a corner of the family garden accessible through the yard (not adjoining the studio) where you can store bicycles, surfboards, canoes... and use the gas BBQ.

This 40 m2 air-conditioned loft with original hut-style decoration benefits from an exceptional location for the city center. The entrance to the building is on the main shopping street of La Ciotat but it overlooks the quiet parallel street with a view of the rooftops. Located facing east, you can enjoy a 6-meter balcony to have breakfast in the sun or read a book in the deckchair. Secure parking 150 m away included. A peaceful oasis in the city!

Duplex apartment T3, 73 m2, all comforts, high standing, seafront with shaded terrace of 85 m2, facing the large beach of La Ciotat, secure private parking, in building classified "art-deco", direct access to the common garden of 1000 m2, bowling game. Very lively neighborhood in July and August: beach a few meters away, restaurants, bars, musical atmosphere. Not recommended for people looking for isolation and absolute calm during these 2 months.

Water activities, hikes in the forest or the vineyards, Provençal market, everything to relax and have fun. Ideal accommodation for a couple or small family with 2 children. Beautiful 110 m2 apartment, elevator and beautiful frontline terrace on the Old Port. Bathed in light, triple exposure (South, North, West), completely refurbished in 2020, the apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Stunning views of the Port, Notre Dame de la Garde Basilica and the former Hôtel-Dieu, a historic and iconic building in Marseille.

On the road to the Calanques, we rent a pleasant 85 m2 apartment on the 3rd and top floor of a building of 6 apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view of the sea and Cap Canaille in a secure residence. You have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You have a garage for your car. The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Bestouan Beach and 10 minutes to the center of Cassis.

Apartment located on the third floor without an elevator ( only door with a key box) completely renovated by us, with a beautiful optimization of the space, a neat and choice decor including a wooden floor to live barefoot . A very bright apartment with solar hues with 3 velux. Great for couples with two children, two or three adults. Very soundproofed. No noise from the street or the harbor.
