The accommodation is in a very nice location with garden and is very quiet (preferable to arrive by car). The view over Gap and the mountains is fantastic. The amenities are very good and the accommodation is very spacious and clean. Since there were only two of us, we didn't need the other floors. Host Denis is very friendly and helpful - he gave us good excursion tips for the area (e.g. lake full of fish at Saint-Apollinaire - a paradise for anglers. There is also a restaurant there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation. Excellent value for money.

Paule is a very welcoming host. The place is impeccably clean that I've never seen anywhere else. Everything is perfect for a short or longer stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time, the apartment is perfectly located, close to shops and slopes! It is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bedding is comfortable and the accommodation is well-equipped. a spacious house tastefully restored in a very cozy rustic chalet spirit. The stove is a real plus for winter evenings. The place is very quiet and allows you to shine in the area for strolling and skiing. The owners are very attentive and responsive. We appreciated their kindness. I would recommend.

We had such a pleasant stay. Really enjoyed sitting out back. It’s a little far from town, if you don’t have a car. We found that if you walk down to the main road and then cross the street at the light right past the car dealership. There is a little path along the river that takes you right to the Intermarché. Would come back if ever in Gap again!

There were 5 of us + 2 dogs and it was wonderful. Great location and it was great for the dogs. Alexandre is super friendly and communication was always smooth and fast.

We stayed at Eric's place for a long weekend. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is spectacular with views over the valley. Eric gave us tips on local walks and we also did a longer hike from Orcieres, which is a short drive away. The beds are comfortable and having several bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen is well equipped making it easy to cook meals. Overall, I would highly recommend Eric's place!

We had a great stay at Emmanuel and Edith's apartment! The accommodation is completely in line with the description: clean, well-equipped and in a quiet environment! The view of the mountains is simply splendid! The hosts are very responsive and gave us very good advice for both hiking and nearby restaurants. (It is necessary to have a car to get around, free parking spaces are just in front of the accommodation). We would highly recommend!!

The listing matched our expectations. Spacious and quiet. Fabienne was waiting for us when we arrived which made it easy to access. Small problem that occurred for the TV, resolved in a very short time thanks to the responsiveness of Fabienne and Vincent. My kids, my mom and I had a great time in this bright, modern and vintage home... everything we love!!!

A small difficulty to note the closure of the shutters. A little difficult because with very low windows, when you have to lean to close... not obvious...
