The apartment as on the photo. There is everything you need to live. The mattress is comfortable. The location is excellent. Near metro, train, bus. Everything works. Martina and her family are very helpful and friendly! Martina was always in touch and ready to meet our needs. We enjoyed our 2 months there! Thank you so much!!!

A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was a great experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat, and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling and water that were a nice detail. What surprised me (and loved it!) was being able to use the pool and spa in the building. A true unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and I recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with top-notch amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his house in April and May. He is very attentive, very kind and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Just like the photos, I just have to say that the sheets were stained, but like an old stain that doesn't go away, the rest was all impeccable and we couldn't turn on the sauna. The truth is, it was very good, I would come back

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

The neighborhood is fantastic safe, vibrant, and full of life. We loved being surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and cultural gems like live tango shows. Everything was incredibly accessible and easy to navigate. This Airbnb was genuinely the highlight of our trip and elevated our entire experience. We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience in Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was impeccable: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz welcomed us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bedding, as well as blackout curtains, hard to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Finally, a great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth the walk through the neighborhood until you reach the Palermo park. The stay was spectacular. It's the second time I've stayed and I'd always come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. The apartment is as described, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Communication with the hosts is very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
