The neighbourhood was superb. It’s safe, quiet and relatively convenient (there’s a 7-11 within walking distance). Also, there was an Italian restaurant nearby (but they didn’t serve takeaway)…. And the stand-alone house was about 10-15 mins by walk to the coast, with some nice, natural breeze…
