Very good location, I checked in easily with self check in. The place is well cared for with taste and clean, also very close there were cafes, restaurants etc. something of my personal work for me. Theodora was impeccable in communication and in the instructions and friendly. It will definitely be my first preference the apartment when I come again!

The best room we've stayed in! Fully equipped of everything and not just the essentials. There were all kinds of equipment (soaps, towels, slippers, toothbrushes) to snacks for us to eat! It was literally what you say I go without anything and have it all! There were even chargers for our devices. I really have no words. I would highly recommend it! Great room!

Aria & Dimitris were super responsive. It is clear that they strive to welcome and accommodate guests. The location is one of the best locations in Chalkida for a short and relaxing break. By the sea, good restaurants, tennis court, endless walks, kids and a beach with clear waters in few metres. I strongly recommend it. A double bedroom and a sofa couch can accommodate 3 or a couple with kids . Me and my kids loved the sizable private court yard too that gives a sense of privacy. Thank you guys ! We ll come back in the future .

We had 6 lovely nights at this beautiful, peaceful and charming apartment just outside Eretria. It is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water but the crowning glory is the beautiful outside area with bbq and the most beautiful pool! Maria and her husband are lovely and the sweetest hosts and we loved the orange cake and pumpkin cake kindly delivered to our door. We enjoyed the archeological site and museum and the local restaurant La Cubana! Thank you.,,

I had a nice stay at the apartment. It is very quiet there, so perfect to relax and escape for a while. Apartment with a lot of care for little details. Did not miss anything in particular. Just a msall problems with the Wifi that kept reconnecting. Besides that the host was always quick to respond and helpful, no matter if you had a question about the apartment or the surrounding area. Can only recommend, especially at a very affordable price. Thanks!

BEFORE SHE STARTED THE TRIP FROM BRUSSELS TO CHALKIDA, WE FOUND THIS AIRBNB WITH MY WIFE. WE CONTACTED MR. NIKOS AND HE ANSWERED BY GIVING US THE "OK" AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS AS TO HOW TO GET TO THE HOUSE WHERE HE WELCOMED US..THERE SHOWED US THE HOUSE WHICH WAS 100% LIKE IN THE PHOTOS (WE HAD A LITTLE STRESS WITH WHAT OUR EYES HAVE SEEN) AND ENJOYED A GOOD STAY. I RECOMMEND IT 100% TO EVERYONE. EVERYTHING YOU SEE IS EVEN BETTER.

This was the best place to stay so far. It absolutely all worked out, great furnishings and thought of everything. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. There was also food, oil, etc. for cooking. Here you can just tell that it's a private person with a heart and not a company. Thanks for having us 😃 I would give 6 stars if it were possible ☺️

The flat is walking distance from the sea and looks exactly like in the photos. The host was easy to communicate with and responded very fast to anything we needed. Ideal for a couple or a small family with kids.

Just amazing place if you want to disconnect and really relax. Apartament had everything we needed for our stay and host was amazingly friendly. Highly recommended for family holidays. We will want to come back :)

Everything was really great! Cute clean apartment, quiet area! Easy and quick and clear communication and access. loads of tasty treats and a gift when arrived :) with wifi and amenities in the apartment for cooking etc. nice balcony and views! I’m Greek and local and I’ll definitely return!

Thank you for a peaceful time at a beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Loved to drink coffee in the morning on t he roof and watch the view. Will come back again :)

We had wonderful time! Filippia was from the beginning so friendly that we got the feeling we are going to visit a friend! In this “online time” we really appreciated that the owner waited for us and showed us the flat on her own. We travelled with our two kids, from which one is a baby and the owner helped us so much so we had everything we needed for the baby too! Thank you, Filippia a lot for everything, you did wonderful job!
