The apartment is ideally located close to Lake Lucerne and Lucerne Old Town. It is spread over two floors connected by a staircase. The upper floor impresses with beautiful, old wooden beams that preserve the original character of the building – however, please note that the beam height is relatively low, so people over 1.80 m should pay attention to their head. The quiet location overlooking the idyllic courtyard invites you to relax. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The chalet is located at 750 m above sea level. M. above Schwyz, directly below the beautiful local mountain Mythen. It is a more than 200-year-old homeland protection house in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. High above the valley, you have magnificent views of the mountains and the valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes calm and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you enjoy privacy and absolute peace and quiet. Perfect for unwinding and recharging.

With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, but the city of Lucerne can be reached in a short time by bus or car. By bus it is approx. 25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by car. The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground.
