Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Champagne-Ardenne

Great location in Hautvillers. A very quiet and pretty village. We used chatGPT to suggest a 1.30-2hr walk around the vineyards which was great. Lots of small champagne makers - make sure to book a tour. Everyone was friendly. Parking is available but would recommend for a small car, very easy to drop off outside though so no problem, we parked in the village car park 1 min walk away.

Très belle endroit.. décorer avec goût. Claire est très réactive en cas de besoin. nous sommes arrivés très tard avec un accès libre avec toutes les explications nécessaires. une personne très agréable. un lieu de relaxation total et très calme. A réserver sans hésitation. Annie

A jewel in Champagne! Close to the champagne route but tucked away by a stream and Forrest lies this gem of a farm. Fully enclosed and beautiful garden where you can sit under the flowering honeysuckle and enjoy the butterflies. With a glass of champagne….. Perfect for dogs, garden and courtyard fully enclosed . Bijou was the perfect host to our Flash and Freya : he shared his garden so kindly and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in Awenne , een mooie omgeving met talrijke wandelingen vlakbij. We werden hartelijk ontvangen en hadden een aangenaam verblijf in het huis. De ruime tuin en het zonnig terras is een absolute meerwaarde.

Je remercie Céline pour l’accueil que nous avons eu , le logement été parfait , très bien décoré nous avons apprécié ce petit moment Suspendu dans le temps et en pleine nature. Nous avons eu une agréable surprise de notre hôte 🌟. Un grand merci à vous Kevin.

Beautiful house in a beautiful, peaceful environment with lovely heated swimming pool. Hosts were very attentive and easy to get hold of. Lots of very useful information about the area, activities and places to eat before and on arrival. We booked Champagne tours and meal at Chateau de Sacy well before arriving. Perfect location for exploring the Champagne region.

Een sfeervol 18e eeuws huis, gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken. De tuin is prachtig, met allerlei plekjes om te gaan zitten. Er is zelfs een boomgaard en er lopen leuke beestjes rond. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk met een glas zelfgemaakte appelsap. Binnen stonden vruchtjes uit eigen tuin op ons te wachten. In de loop van de week zagen we Bernard en Faustine geregeld en dat ging altijd op een fijne manier. Een praatje maken in steenkolenfrans, het werd nooit opdringerig. Het was kortom een fijne week in een streek waar je niet heen moet gaan voor allerlei wilde attracties. Het is er vooral heel rustig.

We had a great stay. Elsy very kindly met us to provide the keys to the apartment. The location is perfect and very peaceful. Close to many places of interest. We look forward to returning in the future.

Plus beau encore qu'en photos ! Sur place, nous avons trouvé tous les ingrédients pour faire de notre week-end champenoise une vraie parenthèse enchantée. L'accès indépendant est un vrai plus. Les boulangerie et boucheries à proximité immédiate sont excellentes. Tout était parfait. Merci Anne-Charlotte pour les attentions dans la cuisine.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très propre, pratique et confortable. Jean Paul est très serviable et attentionné. Un bonheur !

Our stay at Hervè's apartment was wonderful. He and Claudine were very welcoming. On arrival, they invited us to share a glass of their own champagne with them (we ended up buying 2 bottles to bring home!) The private courtyard where we could park our car and enjoy the sunshine was very pleasant and peaceful. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful village and surrounding vineyards. The local boulangerie offers some fantastic pastries, quiches and bread (also coffee) and they are also very friendly. The apartment itself was spotless and very comfortable. The photos do not do it justice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location and very pretty accommodation. The place is smaller than how it looks like on the pictures, but all the listed amenities were there and we enjoyed our stay!

we had a very good stay at Sam & Jordis apartment. All went with an ease and the instructions were good. along the visit, we got local recommendations for restaurants, vineyards etc we give Sam & Jordie the best recommendations and will be happy to stay with them again.

This apartment has a fantastic location. Many restaurants and cafes within a 2 minute walk. The cathédrale, Reims train station and multiple tram stops are also within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor of a renovated mansion. Clean, quiet and intelligently designed. Note that the bed is lofted, accessible by retractable ladder, so people with mobility issues may find this a challenge. The building itself is safe and there isn’t too much street noise at night despite the building being in the center of downtown. A great place for either a couple or a solo traveler.

Tout était au top. L'appartement est super bien situé pour profiter des environs. Il est également très propre et très bien équipé. Parfait pour ce cours séjour pour ma fille et moi-même. De plus, Alexandre est très réactif. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Het was een fijn verblijf. Een mooi klein en schoon appartement tegen het centrum van Reims aan (15 min lopen). Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt, inclusief een klein tuintje. Het incheck proces was wat omslachtig met het ophalen van een sleutel op een andere locatie. Als laatste was het bed wat klein voor 2 personen, ik denk rond de 140 cm breed. De hosts reageren snel mocht er wat zijn. Zeker aan te raden om hier te verblijven!

We loved our weekend in this apartment - wished we could have stayed longer. Balcony was perfect for evening drinks and location within walking distance of the Cathedral, restaurants and bars and, crucially for us, several champagne houses! Olivier was a great host with lots of proactive communication. He informed us that the shutters were stuck and I was concerned that this would make the room really hot, so he put fans in the rooms, which definitely helped when it was 30+C outside. V secure method for getting keys and entering the property. Would love to return - will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Reims.
