It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

I was born and have always lived in Passy-sur-Marne, so when the castle in my village was for sale, I didn't hesitate for a moment to acquire it. This castle, in ruins and uninhabited for several centuries, has found a new life thanks to work that began some twenty years ago. You will have a beautiful apartment with a south-facing terrace and stunning views of the Marne Valley.

As well as being a place steeped in history, our house is a haven of peace, inviting you to relax and enjoy the simple things in life. We are winemakers in the Côtes de Toul AOC, so you can taste our wines on-site or take them home as a souvenir.

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, private swimming pool (under video protection) will recharge you in a soothing setting (swimming pool from May 15 depending on the weather). The restaurant (a few meters away) is located in a 1930s-style winter garden with its traditional French cuisine.
