Once upon a time there was a young man named Narcissus who had installed, in his beautiful 70 m² apartment just 5 minutes from the center of Reims, a large spa bath, a sauna for two people, a Hammam cabin to delight his pretty nymph... Narcisse had everything planned so that his sweetheart could see or rewatch her favorite series in the living room. True to himself, Narcissus installed beautiful mirrors on the ceiling of the room, allowing him to admire himself from every angle.

The Kota is divided into 2 parts: a living room with grill (fireplace) and a sleeping area (2 small bedrooms) and toilets. Running water outside the Kota (sanitary facilities 30 m away) Come and visit our dairy farm and nursery. Behind the hill, Lake Bairon will be at your disposal: beach, fishing, hiking trails, on-site catering.

Come and relax for a weekend or more, as a couple in the Cocoon, enjoying a 2-seater reclining jacuzzi and infrared sauna and these massaging armchairs, entirely reserved for the apartment. All requests for decoration or champagne as in the photos are in addition to the nightly price. To discover Epernay, Avenue de Champagne, cellar tours, the Champenois vineyard and the picturesque village of Hautvillers which is the historic cradle of Champagne.

The house will be only for you, only 1 room will be made available for a reservation up to 2 people, the 2 rooms will be available for 3 or 4 people. You have free and permanent access to the hammam, sauna and SPA area, accessible directly from the house.
