La Longère

This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The small station is an old gatekeeper's house. Located in the middle of the fields, it is absolutely calm! It's a house that I completely renovated with ecological materials (straw, earth, local wood) to make it a cozy little nest where it's good to pick up a book in the large library, watch a movie on the movie screen, dream by the fire. You can stroll along the old railway line, and even cycle there on sunny days.

This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in a village, next to the church, this former presbytery has a large fenced garden, ideal for children. The single-storey house has a large south-facing terrace, spacious living room with fireplace, large kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. An inner courtyard enclosed by a gate can park 3 cars. Many walks possible from the house.

In the heart of the Champagne vineyards in a small village nestled in the greenery with its hiking trails, mountain bike trails, fishing ponds, 13th century castle, Abbey on the Champagne tourist route south of Épernay. We welcome you to our family home, which we have converted into a gîte.
