Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL accommodation. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Gite "La Prèze" - Deluxe 2 Bedrooms

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
