Holiday rentals with a patio in Channel Islands Beach

Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mila’s place. She was very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has a very cozy backyard. We were staying with our dog and really appreciated how convenient it was to let both our daughter and the dog play safely in the backyard. There’s a train that occasionally passes behind the yard, but during our 3-day stay, I didn’t hear it at all — only saw it once. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Julie and Steven’s spot was a perfect, peaceful getaway. Surrounded by the Santa Monica mountains, it’s only a short ride into town, making it easy to spend the day at the beach and come back to the quiet in the evening. I came home from the trip well-rested, the mark of a great staycation. Thanks, Julie and Steven!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Have recommended Julie to all my friends and personally will seek her out as my first choice for all future visits. 5stars for accessibility, cleanliness and every consideration being accounted for…Julie is a diamond and I’m a world traveler so you won’t be disappointed I can assure you of that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great location, convenient to highway and restaurants. The space was clean and spacious as described. It's not the easiest navigating the apartment complex and all the stairwells but host provided clear instructions. We felt it was easier to access the apartment from the visitor parking lot vs the assigned parking spot. Host was able to provide us with a high chair and pack and play, which was very much appreciated. Overall the apartment was good value for money and I would recommend. Thanks Carina!

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

I've stayed at this AirBandB several times and plan to return. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Everything is in good working order. The beds are comfy. There is everything that you need to cook or bake. I especially enjoyed the midcentury modern sleek decorating style. Thanks Bob!

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed the festivities over the Fourth of July. The house was located very close to the beach. Perfect for kite flying, walking, and bike riding. Enjoyed playing the arcade game and ping pong in the game room. Spent many beautiful mornings on the roof top deck. Also, the beds were really comfy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family had a great time at the house. Everything was as described in the listing. The sunset views were simply splendid and we had a lot of fun at the beach house. Tiffany was very responsive and gave us some excellent suggestions on local things to do - like the Farmers market and local eateries. Our family is looking forward to visiting the house again in the near future and will recommend it for all!

Paul’s place was perfect for our group of 8 friends! The two bathrooms were absolutely clean and new. We loved everything.

Always love staying here. It's my go to in ventura if it's not booked. Jess is super fast at responding and the place is always immaculate. I give it 10 stars and two super enthusiastic thumbs up. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay! My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the place was perfect. It was very cozy and comfortable. The front yard felt very private. The early check-in was also helpful. Janelle was very responsive. The only thing I’d say was the bedroom was missing a shade on one of the windows which didn’t completely darken the room. That said - it was a minor issue and didn’t takeaway from our experience. We had a great time and would stay there again!

William was great to work with and we loved the place. Easy walk to the beach and we had the whole beach to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

My family had a wonderful Spring Break at Coleen's place. The location can't be beat, just steps from the beach and walkable to local restaurants. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for our family. The neighbors were also very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to all.

Nice, cozy condominium. Close to the beach and the private gated parking was awesome. We even enjoyed the pool daily. Loved walking to the beach daily. We would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. We were able to prep food for my son’s PhD graduation party which was held in Goleta. The refrigerator was large enough to hold the food. Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

This may be the cleanest and neatest place I’ve ever stayed at. It looks like it was either just built or just fully remodeled. We felt like we might be the first people to have stayed there after the remodel. I almost felt guilty taking things out of the pristinely organized drawers. This place is also very convenient if you have older folks with you, since there is an elevator from the garage and one of the full bedrooms is on the floor without any stairs. We had a few minor questions and the host responded within a few minutes to resolve them. The place is right next to the freeway, as in you can see the cars and almost touch the sound wall. We were pleasantly surprised that there was almost no noise when the windows are closed There was a small convenience market half a block down the street with surprisingly good freshly made Mexican food

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!
