Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Channel Islands of California

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Bright, clean, spacious modern apartment in great Hollywood location. Comfortable bed. Nice floor plan with cycle. Lots of wire frame storage in closet works well for traveling because you can quickly organize your clothes and easily locate them when packing. Garage spot a big plus in this neighborhood. Host Andy was very responsive, provided check-in flexibility, and quickly sent some household items that were needed.

This is our second time staying here… everything went perfectly and so seamless. The secured parking, washer and dryer and hospitality made this experience a 10/10. Located in NoHo with endless amounts of things to do in walking distance. Highly recommend🤙🏾

The apartment was fantastic — beautifully furnished, spacious, and very comfortable to stay in. The large balcony was a great bonus, and the building amenities like the gym and pool were excellent. The only small issue was with the parking garage — the main gate seems to close after a certain hour at night, and we had to use a different entrance. But overall, a great experience!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Le logement était très bien, nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants. La localisation est superbe. Et l’hôte est très réactif ! Nous avons eu un petit soucis à l’arrivée la boîte à clefs ne fonctionnait pas cela nous a fait perdre environ 1h de temps avec deux enfants c’était pas vraiment cool, mais l’hôte a été réactif et essayé de gérer comme il a pu. Merci beaucoup de votre accueil et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!

We had a great stay in Long Beach! We had a large group in town for a wedding and were worried about finding a place that would be comfortable for all of us, but Shelly’s home was perfect! We had plenty of room, two full bathrooms, and large living and dining areas to hang out in. Everything was clean and exactly as described. We felt we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! Thank you to Shelly for being so friendly and making the process so easy!

Great spot if your going to Disney was perfect for our family of 8 absolutely loved the decorating and the games for the kids. Was well maintained will definitely be back and would highly recommend .

I have been using airbnb across europe and U.S. Best host ever! I would have gave 6 stars if there was any. We came here to visit Disney and Universal Studios, with no traffic 25 mins to Disney, 40 mins to Hollywood. If you are big group and looking for a place, you dont need to search and make short lists anymore and get this place. If you could read this, thank you Paul!

D’s place was a 10 min drive to rose bowl (the venue) i went to. The place also came with parking, would definitely book again if I were to go to Pasadena again.

This apartment was absolutely fabulous. Every detail was handcrafted by the Airbnb owner, and you can feel the love and creativity in every corner. The private cinema room was a dream—I watched so many films and truly felt transported to another world. The colors, the furniture, the atmosphere… it was all incredibly inspiring. I honestly felt like writing a song or starting a screenplay while staying here. The hosts were also incredibly kind and charming. I can’t wait to come back very soon.

House was very beautiful and clean. Comfortably hosts 6 people. Loved that there was a bathroom for each room. Mikka was very responsive and helpful during our stay. There was some circumstances that was out of our control, but Mikka was very quick to find a solution. We were a little bit concerned about parking initially but they do provide one spot in the driveway, but we chose to park on the street due to how big our van was. There is plenty of street parking if needed, especially when we came back late.

The location itself was great for those wanting a more authentic low-key LA experience with a few walkable bars and coffee shops. Jesse was great and communicative throughout the whole trip and definitely made things easy. The bungalow was nice and low key, well maintained, and tucked away behind a main house so there was a nice sense of privacy. All in all, good spot and good folks!

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine renovierte Einheit. Dadurch war es auch modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Resort, welches viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet und super gut belegen ist. Durch das Resort hat man vor Ort leicht die Möglichkeit für den Check-in oder nach Unterstützung zu fragen sollte man etwas im Apartment benötigen Es sind genügend Parkplätze verfügbar und der Parkplatz war auch im Preis inbegriffen, was wir sehr gut fanden. Crystal Cove ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und die rutschen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay with our 2 kids. The location was great with lots of food and shopping in walking distance. The directions were clear on how to find the apartment. Very cute apartment with all the amenities. Robert was very responsive and friendly. Great hosts! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!
