There is one KING bed & one futon sofa, a great kitchenette, and lovely full bathroom. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted. PET FEE $25 PER PET MUST BE PREPAID.

It was built and completed on July 2015, this place is preferably for a single person, or couple, from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. Usually, anyone staying here, they know we live in the dessert and mountains. The home is about 1200 sq. ft., approximately 150 ft., behind our residential home. It's 10 miles from Neighborhood Wal-Mart, and brand new shopping center. It's 23 miles from Down town El Paso, Texas and 15 miles from Fort Bliss, Texas, 29 miles Las Cruces, NM.

You can find lots of hiking and biking trails in the area. We love furry friends, and would be happy to have your pets here too. There is a fenced in back area for their use. All pets must be leashed if not in the fenced area.
