An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.

In the countryside in a very hilly typical woodland landscape, a charming detached half-timbered house in a large park on the edge of a historic orchard of large secular pear trees. In the village of Camembert where Marie Harel created the famous cheese during the Revolution. 6km from a village with all shops. In the middle of the farms that produce Camembert cheese from Norman cows.

Comfortable, cosy, extremely quiet and charming two-bedrooms, sleeps 6, 125 sq. m. - completely refurbished in 2014 - traditional Norman ancient “longère” cottage, no direct neighbors, 1 ha of private garden and access to 10 ha of ecological reserve, nested in flowers and green meadows. Disabled access, chimney, kids and dogs friendly.
