Short stay (just one night) but the accommodation is welcoming and warm, located in a very beautiful environment. Well-equipped. The environment is very quiet and peaceful. The instructions left by Pauline are clear and the self check-in was very convenient for us! I would highly recommend it!

In a haven of tranquility by the river, an adorable little house absolutely in line with the description of the ad, ideal for a couple, awaited us. Aleksa and Alexandre are very charming and welcoming hosts. For a future stay, we would prefer the other house at the end of their land, which has a garden and a more private terrace, offering more privacy and direct access to the river. The walk with the canoe provided is a real plus with its green and bucolic environment. The center of Chartres and its cathedral are 15 minutes away by car and the castle of Maintenon, which is worth the detour, is 35 minutes away. Loved our stay!

We had a very pleasant stay of 2 nights in this accommodation! Everything was really clean, tidy and very convenient for our group of friends. Everything was perfect. 😍 It was my first experience in an Airbnb and what a surprise it was to come across this magnificent accommodation with huge grounds and a beautiful and large pool, it clearly went above and beyond our expectations! The owners were really very welcoming and warm and their responsiveness was surprising. They offered us an onion and a watermelon with a little thyme to help us cook our dish, it was lovely of them. You'll soon regret the moment you have to start packing your things to leave, as you feel so good there! There is really everything you need to have a pleasant stay and from start to finish, everything was perfect! Many thanks to Christine and Gérard for their hospitality, their kindness sincerely touched us. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, hoping to be able to come back very soon! ❤️

Big crush on Alexandre's accommodation. Impeccable and very clean condition, very cozy decoration with a lot of taste. Despite the high temperatures during the 3 days of my pro stay, the accommodation remained very cool and pleasant in the evening. Studio on the ground floor, very quiet in a very quiet street for both cars and pedestrians. All this on foot, cathedral, city center, restaurant. Alexandre provided me with addresses for parking lots nearby because yes the city center of Chartres is pedestrian and that's great!!! Indeed the bed is a sofa bed but no constraint as mentioned in the listing. And the video projector TV was just awesome, easy to use. Nickel bathroom with large walk-in shower, towels provided as well as shampoo and shower gel. Tassimo coffee machine with pods provided. In short, an address that I keep preciously for my next trips. Many thanks to Alexandre for this accommodation.

Very practical for a hospital internship

Great accommodation for one or a few nights to explore the cathedral a few steps away. The stairs were not a problem for us, but you should be in good shape and without bulky suitcases. Mohcine always responded immediately and was open to suggestions for improvement. We felt very comfortable and would come back. The free parking in the underground garage nearby is a hit. The key box is on the windowsill to the right of the entrance.

Very well located apartment, close to shops, various services and cultural places. We did everything on foot. In addition, the accommodation is quiet, pleasant and very functional. We highly recommend it for a short stay in Chartres for two or three.

This studio is aptly named (the nest). Very well equipped and nicely decorated in a very quiet neighborhood. Marion is very friendly, available, smiling. A place not to be missed for a quiet stay near the Loir.

The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )

Frédéric is a very welcoming host, he took a big thorn out of my side by accepting my reservation at 9 p.m. As for his accommodation, there is nothing to say, it is very well-equipped and spacious. It has everything you need for a long stay. I would highly recommend it.
