This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

You can hike or discover the beautiful Dordogne, the landscapes of the Lot or simply take a trip to the pretty Briviste market. Cottage on the edge of a pond and river (Vézère), composed of living room, equipped kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Private garden, barbecue available, parking. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, close to all amenities (5 min from shopping malls). Numerous tourist activities in the vicinity: walks, museums, sports... The cottage is located on a plot of land comprising two houses (one of which I occupy) as shown in the last photo.
