An 8-minute walk to the SNCF train station and a short walk to the pedestrian heart of the city and Chartres Cathedral, this elegantly and cozily decorated accommodation is the perfect place to rest after a day of sightseeing or work.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light.
