Holiday rentals with a patio in Chattanooga Valley

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

This apartment is beautiful inside and out. The place was clean, with everything needed (laundry, stocked kitchen, shampoo/conditioner/soap). The bed is comfortable (with a soft sink to it). The decor is beautiful and more than a typical airbnb, making it feel homey. The bathroom is modern and had plenty of towels. The yard is well kept and peaceful. Parking is right up to the front door (it’s some gravel over grass, so it’s hard to see). The place is near the end of the road, with a subdivision at the end (there’s more traffic than expected, but it’s mostly quiet). It’s worth the price, and a beautiful, peaceful place to stay.

The place was perfect. It was so clean and comfortable. Sarah was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. We ran into so much traffic and the road we were on to their house was unexpectedly closed due to a fallen tree. Anyway it was 10:30 and she was messaging us trying to help. We couldn’t find the house because it was pitch black out, so she came outside at that time to help us. She even had the pullout bed ready for us because she knew we were going to be arriving later. Which meant a lot to me because we had been in the car for 15 hours with 2 young kids

Thanks to Nina for making this stay perfect! I rented this location for my son who was getting married over the weekend at Howe Farms. He wanted a private retreat and this location more than meet his expectations. Nina was very accommodating and helpful with local info. Beautiful and peace location in a rural setting but still close to numerous dining and shopping needs. I would definitely recommend checking into the loft and will be sharing this with others looking for a quite retreat!

Had a great stay at Emily’s suite! Easy check in and the suite was clean and cozy. Our stay was peaceful and quiet. Appreciated her accommodating our 10 month old with a play pen as well! She was a very nice and responsive host.

We rented Diana's place for a girls' trip (8 of us). The location was perfect, about 12 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga, and minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants in St. Elmo. The house was thoughtfully decorated and designed- super spacious for a large group to spread out. We enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area with the clean pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would absolutely recommend!

Exceeded our expectations! I was participating in an IRONMAN event and this location was close to the race venue and many other local attractions. My son and I loved the sunset views and privacy of our own entry point and covered patio. We also loved their furry friends!

Our family gathered here to spend some time together while celebrating a high school graduation. There was plenty of room, a wonderful back yard, a great kitchen and dining room to prepare and serve meals, and comfortable beds. We were all pleased with our stay.

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the space and had a great time! The bunk bed room off the main bedroom was perfect for our family and the playground was a nice addition during our downtime. For reference our kiddos are 7, 3, and 5 months old. Highly recommend this space if you have young kids!

The house was spacious, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was conveniently located close to the places we wanted to visit. Communication and instructions were great. We very much enjoyed our stay!

There aren’t enough words to say how extremely welcoming Jennie’s place was! Warm and inviting, (an oh boy, granny’s warm brownies!) every detail thought of to make this a lovely home. The decor is very tasteful and beautiful. The deck is amazing and the trees surrounding the yard are beautiful – very peaceful. The furniture is very comfortable. The beds are so great. The towels are so thick and yummy. All of Genny’s touches throughout, her notes and having really nice serving dishes and really nice spices and olive oil, etc., just add up to true Southern hospitality, and made it a true home away from home. We will come back as much as possible! The house is well placed on Lookout Mountain. Lookout Mountain Pizza down the highway has great pizza, but the kitchen is a perfect place to cook! It could not have been a better stay!

Carrie was great and helpful! The townhouse was clean, very organized and neat. Very new homes and less than a 3-5 minute drive from the downtown scene and restaurants on our to do list. Traffic was always a breeze as well. There are lots of stairs, so be prepared. Yes, the trains are close and frequent. They are also easy to drown out and by mid-day on day 2, we knew what the noise was and it was much less of a bother. Plus, we were celebrating my daughter's graduation and she LOVES trains. It was a plus for her. Overall a great stay! I would book again.

Our stay was great! The condo was bright, clean, and modern. It had all the appliances and pots/pans needed to eat in. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets were all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. The only issue we had was outside noise around 2:00 to 3:00 am when people were going home from a night out and shouting, yelling, and revving their engines 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. (I think there is a bar a few blocks away) - Obviously Davey has no control over that, so I would suggest bringing a noise machine to mask any outside sounds. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

This doll of a host was so gracious and gave us immediate access when we arrived at an odd time. Their home is gorgeous with just the loveliest surroundings. Make sure to take a few minutes to watch her bird feeder! Cardinals, bluebirds and finches 🥰

Rained all week so indoor activities and restaurants were important. Host came through with great recommendations. Chattanooga is close to home, so I will be back!

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at Jeremy’s place. It was very clean and had lots of linens and cleaning supplies. Location was great and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. A brewery next door that had amazing breakfast tacos and maybe 5 min walk to the Chatt Choo Choo. I would recommend staying here !

I had the pleasure of staying at Ashley’s condo this past week. The location was fantastic - super walkable and somehow not noisy. Both beds are very comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious with tall ceilings. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything we wanted to do and a short 10-15 minute drive to the caves, aquarium and other attractions in the area. Davey was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
