The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Studio de 30m2 très lumineux entièrement rénové fin 2021 avec balcon. Nous l’avons pensé comme nous souhaiterions être reçus 😉 Café, thé, biscuit…et même une petite bière à l’occasion ! Il se situe au 2étage d'une maison située à 2min à pieds de la gare des Guillemins (idéal si vous venez en train!) où vous pourrez profiter d'une véritable vie de quartier tout en étant proche de tous les transports et du centre-ville.

Amoureux de Tilff et de sa région, nous avons souhaité protéger le patrimoine régional en vous proposant de découvrir «L’Écluse Simon », un lieu unique construit par l’Architecte Georges Hobé et dont nous sommes tombés amoureux. Si l’Ecluse Simon a été entièrement rénovée afin d’offrir tout le confort moderne, aucune transformation structurelle n’a été réalisée dans cette maison enregistrée au Patrimoine régional Wallon.

Nous vous y accueillons dans un très joli chalet à 50 mètres de la rivière ! Un cocon de tranquillité, baignant dans la plénitude d'une nature verdoyante et paisible. Parfait pour les amoureux ! ;)

Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
