This old barn is so well renovated. Very clean, nicely decorated and tasteful. Florence and Loïc are very friendly people. The very positive point is that this cottage is really quiet, ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to the main shops. There are also many easily accessible walking and hiking opportunities. Had a great time, you can go there without so much as a second thought!

We stayed here as an overnight stop on our way further south. It was absolutely ideal. It would be great for a longer stay too, with a direct route into Le Mans and a supermarket only a few minutes drive away.

We chose Constance’s place as our base whilst travelling from Gloucestershire to watch the LeMans 24 hour race. The advert and pictures describe the place perfectly and almost don’t do it justice. It was most definitely peaceful and surrounded by nothing but beautiful farm land. The outside space in the late evening is particularly peaceful. One of the highlights is that it’s only 15/20 minutes from the outskirts of LeMans so plenty of access to the modern things we are all use to. Would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anybody.

This is the second time we've been to Gérard's. It's a quiet and perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Thank you Gérard for making coffee, tea and oil available to us. There was also a bottle of rosé wine as a welcome gift. The bikes were very useful. We enjoyed the petanque court, foosball, pool and ping-pong. Many thanks for your hospitality, Josiane. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay. Lovely and clean. Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and scenery. Local area very nice. Fantastic pub and bakery in the village and great bar by the lake.

If you want to stay in an absolutely picturesque place in the French countryside not far from Le Mans THIS is your place!!! It was beautiful and peaceful and the hosts are SO lovely, kind and helpful. They live in the house right next to this place and were wonderful. The place had everything we needed and is full of charm and character. The main photo for their place doesn't do it justice AT ALL. Having coffee in the morning in their garden with all the birds chirping was heavenly. I would come back here anytime.

A cozy little cocoon, ideal for staying cool in this season. The inner courtyard brings a real charm and creates a peaceful atmosphere where you feel good. The apartment is perfectly equipped, which makes you want to extend your stay there for a few more days.

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.

Axelle always makes us feel welcome. He responds to messages very quickly. The bed is comfortable. The lay out of the apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Hopefully we will be staying again later in the year.
