Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chautauqua

This house was fabulous for our annual friend's trip! All of us came from various parts of the country and Tiffany's house was the perfect place for the 11 of us. There was plenty of space, a very large back yard that was perfect for yard games, some of which they had for us, some of which we brought. If you're looking for a quite, serene, let enjoyable house, I would highly recommend this listing!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for what we needed and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Would stay again!!

This place was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. Everything was so clean and inviting. A plus, was clean, crisp linens with no scent. Due to allergies, this was a huge plus! The kitchen was stocked with anything you can imagine needing. The porch was greet to sit on and the fire pit had ample space to sit and have all our campfire needs around. Lastly, Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay!! We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended this place!!!

Enjoyed our 1 night stay here. Great location looks out onto the lake. Walkable to the lighthouse. Home was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We enjoyed our recent stay! A beautiful quiet peaceful location. House has most amenities needed. Grandkids enjoyed the visits with Frank the cat and Ernie the dog who greeted us on arrival. 🙂They were sad to leave and definitely would like to stay there again!

Can't say enough good things about Tammy and the experience staying here. Everything was spotless, the process was seamless, and she is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to messages. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. This was our family's second time staying here and we will continue to book her place whenever we are in town!

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Oh my goodness…this is the cutest little apartment!! Great location, the decks are perfect for outdoor time and many amenities! We loved our stay and will be back for another fun weekend in the future!

Clean place close to the slopes and about a 10min walk to downtown!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

The space was beautifully set up and gave us complete privacy, which made our stay even more relaxing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved everything about this place and highly recommend it for both short and long-term stays. Our host, Alan, was fantastic—very attentive and quick to respond to any communication. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Alan is an excellent host, and we’re so grateful for his hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

This apartment made our stay in Ellicottville so relaxing and easy. Beautiful, clean space and super convenient to restaurants and shops. We will seek out this apartment for our next stay in Ellicottville!
