Top marks all round. The house is large and ideal for our needs (a bunch of grey haired old school chums getting together to play board games, chat and drink wine for a weekend). Big kitchen, big lounge, decent bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, just across from a super country pub and in a picture postcard village. The house and kitchen is well equipped and it’s not pristine kitchen ware so you feel you can have fun cooking. All round it was great and we plan to return please.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The White Cottage, facilities are great. The kitchen has everything you need, excellently equipped. We liked the fact there is a downstairs bathroom as well as an upstairs one with a bath.

Just arrived back home from a two night stay at Keepers Cottage with our 4 month old baby and Cocker Spaniel. The cottage is beautiful and so cosy! A really lovely place to stay in the perfect location in the Cotswolds. The garden was totally secured which was perfect for the dog, he had a great time too! Amelia was a great host and was on hand for anything we needed and very responsive. We were able to arrive earlier than expected and were able to leave a bit later too which was so helpful with the baby. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely place. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. Only comment - the accommodation is right next to the main house and so view through the windows is the house. There are privacy blinds and so not a problem for us

Great location right in the centre of Woodstock and short walk to Blenheim Palace. Lovely character cottage beautifully renovated.

We loved our stay in the barn. It was in a great location, only a short drive away from the main Cotswold towns. The barn was spotless, and very peaceful. We loved the private garden. Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a quiet country getaway.

Great communication and lovely house near the outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. Easy walk to the pub across the fields and a lovely owner who was very responsive and willing to share her dogs with our children! Pool is a fab bonus and location is great for local villages and attractions, such as the Cotswold Wildlife Park. We didn’t want to leave and have already re booked!

Great stay with the family at Chris & Alexandra’s. Great cottage exactly as described and located in a lovely gated community. Comfortably housed 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We benefited from clear and detailed instructions both for finding the place and staying in it. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the place for family stays!

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Had a lovely stay in Lauren’s caravan. Had everything we needed, even cling film (it’s the small things). Spacious and airy. Great location, onsite shop, restaurant and lake. Very peaceful few days away. Pool was being cleaned whilst we were there getting ready to open, would have loved to been able to use it. Friendly residents too. Will be back!

Alex was extremely efficient with comms and the place was perfect for our needs with plenty of space, well equipped and very clean and well presented. We would definitely book again.

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had such a lovely stay at the Little Cottage in Chipping Norton. This was our first time in the Cotswolds and I am happy we chose this accommodation. This beautiful cottage looks even better in person. The rustic aesthetic makes every room feel so cosy and warm, the owners have really made an effort to give this cottage the countryside charm. Overall, the cottage was very clean and it had all the amenities listed in the description, the Cowshed hand wash and cream has a gorgeous smell. The idyllic location is not a far driving distance from the village Chipping Norton and there is on street parking outside the cottage. Thank you Will & Amy for letting us stay!

Four of us stayed in the beautifully appointed cottage for 8 days and it was wonderful. From the considerate treats of local produce left for us to sample, to the luxury amenities available for our enjoyment to the recommendations for where to eat (many of which we patronised and enjoyed immensely) Strawtop Cottage 3 exceeded our expectations. Charlie and Josie were responsive to a couple of questions we did have for them, nothing was too much trouble. An amazing stay in a beautiful cottage in the gorgeous Cotswolds. We would highly recommend this cottage to others.

Fabulous little cottage in such a peaceful area. A shop, cafe and pub all within walking distance. Chipping Norton or 'Chippy' as it's locally known, is a lovely area too with lots of pubs and restaurants and a great antiques centre. It was easy to drive to all the destinations we had looked at before going. Janice also has lots of local knowledge and books if you're stuck. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with lovely outdoor seating when the weather behaves. There was also milk in the fridge and amazing fresh crumpets to greet us after our drive. We would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for a very memorable stay.

This was our second visit and it was amazing. Such a beautiful location and walks right from the door. Very responsive host and lovely welcome ales!

We had a fabulous few days here. The studio was perfect for us: close to Oxford and easy to get to the park and ride, but also in a very peaceful, quiet hamlet with some lovely walks and wildlife. The studio was spotless and had everything we could have asked for and more. Charlotte and Jo are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything by we needed and were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful with a lovely view, at sunset we watched muntjac deer wander past the window and barely saw a car during our stay. Very peaceful! Inside the property is lovely also and the bed extremely comfortable. Having a boot room was brilliant especially with the rain we had during our stay. Will certainly come back again!
