I stayed at Kathryn's place over the New Year with my family (three adult couples, a 2 year old and 2 month old). It was just perfect! There was everything we could have possibly needed for the children (and more!!). Our daughter loved playing with the dolls' house. The house is beautifully done up and was very clean and well equipped. It was well located - just a few minutes walk to the centre of Witney. Kathryn was a great host - very responsive and kindly let us have an early check in and late check out. We'd love to come back again! Thank you!

Excellent accommodation a walking distance from the centre of the town. We stayed with two 2 year olds and it was equipped so well for them with toys, children’s plates and cutlery and a travel cot. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we could need. We will definitely be returning, thanks so much!

Absolutely fabulous from booking to completion. If you are looking for a stunning location set in the middle of the Cotswolds for a short or long stay this is got to be high up on your list. Property is set on a private estate with three beautiful lakes with most of the properties surrounding them. Melanie’s property was beautifully appointed with everything that you would need for a stay with your family or friends and it had many extras included. Melanie was a great host. She was extremely communicative from beginning to end and paid attention to detail with the little things to make our four day stay even better than we had anticipated. This was such a wonderful stay. The home is close to many attractions in Oxford and nice restaurants. Very walkable. The home is nice and cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location! Close to everything, but still pretty quiet. Beds were comfortable! MaryDawn was very responsive, friendly, and helpful!

While there was a slight issue with our accomodation Olga was an extremely responsive host and sorted the issue out within the hour (even though the issue arose during the night) I dident expect how quick she was to react and that was amazing to see from a host. The house was clean and tidy, beds were extremely comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful inside. Would definitely recommend to others and i would definitely stay again

Mirren’s place, is a wonderful place to stay to explore Stratford Upon Avon. You are able to walk to most places. It has a lovely garden to sit in and is a light and open house. It also has the best shower pressure in a shower that we have come across on our trip around the UK. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.

A quiet, quaint place with lots of light and space. After a busy day in Oxford, this was the perfect place to put our feet up. There are a lot of pubs, cafes, and restaurants in Jericho, but with a neighborhood vibe removed from the tourists in town. 10 minute walk from the station along the canal and an easy 10 minute walk to town.

The place is absolutely spotless! The cleanliness is 10 out of 10, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are fragrant and it is equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay. The location is excellent! Fenibo responded within a few minutes and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. Highly recommend it!

The house is very well situated and convenient. Check-in and out was easy; it's just a lock box with a key. Everything was clean and comfortable.

My only regret is that we didn’t spend more time at the house! Greyfriars’s Hideaway is definitely the nicest most well appointed Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Each room is very private and the house is quite soundproof, with heavy doors and space separating the rooms. The kitchen had everything and more that we’d want. The location is perfect for exploring Oxford, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. We enjoyed the pubs on either side of the home as well. Communication was flawless and we were very comfortable with our group of 12 in the two adjacent properties. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this accommodation. The property was well located and ideal for our needs. Our hosts were incredibly helpful in advance of arriving.

I stayed in this house with my husband, parents-in-law, and two young children. We would definitely return. The house is spotless, beautiful, comfortable, sunny, located near the town center, and has a lovely walled backyard that was perfect for the children to run around. For other guests with toddlers: the number of steps was challenging for our 18-month-old, since the house is 3 stories tall. The street was also a little noisy on the weekends, as people returned from the bars/restaurants on Little Clarendon. Our last AirBnb farther north in Jericho was quieter. But these were very minor challenges -- overall we liked this AirBnb better thanks to the large size and proximity to the attractions of Oxford. The hostess was kind, hospitable, and even forgiving when our 3-year-old got a stomach bug and soiled the carpet! We were very grateful.

What a lovely place! After staying in hotels for the last 10 days, we were looking for a central place to call home to visit friends in Cirencester and tour the Cotswolds. This property is bright, clean and beautifully designed with all of the touches of home (washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with tub and shower, toiletries and more). They’ve thought of everything including a welcome basket and helpful guide with information on their space, local attractions, restaurants, transit, etc.). We immediately felt comfortable. Perfect location in walking distance to everything (shops, restaurants, parks, etc.) with a great parking spot at the rear of the property with easy access to their beautiful and well cared for back garden and entry into their home. The icing on the cake was how friendly, flexible and responsive Susie and Harley were. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to staying again when back in the area!

Rented it for a weekend with some old school friends. The property was exactly what we wanted, a lovely comfortable base from which to explore the city and reconnect - easy access to restaurants, bars and the river for summer eights, and a cosy welcoming environment to relax in. Would recommend.

A group of us stayed for our friends wedding. The house was perfect for what we needed! The living areas were stunning, it was only a shame that we weren’t able to spend more them in them haha! Adam has responsive and was able to help us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Great location for visiting Clarkson’s Farm and Car Chase Heroes Abingdon - good facilities, clean and tidy on arrival with goodies left by a caring host Rachel - comfy beds in all three rooms and pretty outdoor space too!

I had a lovely stay in Melissa’s townhouse in Jericho. She was quite helpful and communicative, and the townhouse is very peaceful. There are no walls between the downstairs floor and upstairs, which was just fine for my solo travel. It’s a great location and charming spot!

Cottage very clean and well presented. Excellent location such that we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Although live music from the recreation ground could be heard with the windows open, it was not a problem for us. Given that it was an extremely hot weekend, everyone was out enjoying the full Stratford experience xx Great stay - thank you x

This is a wonderful property in a great location. The host’s instructions were very thorough and helpful. The house is spacious and spotlessly clean with luxurious bedrooms and modern decor throughout. The area is fabulous for eating out - we were spoilt for choice and the host’s recommendations were super helpful. Parking is close and straightforward. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Stratford. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We felt at home straight away and appreciated the extra touches such as chargers, toiletries and a welcome bottle of wine. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and it was very peaceful. The location was perfectly and a pleasant 10 minute stroll into town. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! We were in Oxford for graduation and the location was perfect! Walkable and close to everything! The space was just as described! The bedrooms are all upstairs, so beware if you have mobility issues. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we could have needed. The whole place was so clean and bright! Loved the little garden and the roses were blooming and smelled like a beautiful perfume! I hope to be back in Oxford someday and would love to stay here again! Would definitely stay here again. Helen was responsive and very organized!! Everything was so well labeled and explained. The front living room is a bit small for a family of five but that was ok we just spread out throughout the house. She had such great touches for a welcome basket and the backyard was so sweet and peaceful. Loved that the doors opened up fully from the kitchen area what a treat!! And the town was a short 8-10 minutes walk. You will enjoy this home.

Colette was an amazing host! The home is absolutely stunning and full of everything we needed for a long term stay. A clean house, Beautiful garden for our dog, and a great walkable location. In extending our stay, Colette was kind enough to come mow the grass and give us access to more essentials like toilet paper, kitchen rolls, and cleaning supplies. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone — and hopefully we will be back!
