Holiday rentals with a patio in Chichester District

Fabulous stay. Close to bus stop and walkable to train station (if you don’t have luggage). We especially loved the balcony and marina view. Note that the unit is not air conditioned - there is a large fan that helped air circulation during a warm spell.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Lovely accommodation and perfectly clean and tidy. Nice touch with coffee and breakfast facilities included.

Great private location, fast WiFi (important as we were working) and a clean apartment! Check in was super easy and Sophie was very clear with instructions on how to find the place and how to check in/out. View of the fields/horses from the back were the highlight and hearing the birds in the morning!

This was our second stay here. It is perfect in every way. The Old Exchange is lovely. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Joanne goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and is a great host. We particularly appreciated the food and drink items that were left for us. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Susan’s place is so lovely and cozy and has a great view. My husband, who is from the UK, and I traveled to Findon for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Susan was very accommodating and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Rebecca & Scott were a perfect hosts, making my stay in Shere incredibly comfortable and special by making thoughtful touches. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. I appreciated their prompt responses and helpful recommendations. Staying in their apartment was a pleasure and a treat. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shere.

A fantastic little place to stay in Waterlooville. The host was extremely helpful and making sure we were ok, she was very responsive on our question. There were extra little things in the kitchen for use which added that personal touch. Very clean . Would definitely use Mary's little house again . Stayed here for two nights to attend a wedding at Steep Marsh, the next village over. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and uncluttered and aesthetically pleasing. Host kindly let us in a little earlier which was great. It did get quite warm in the hot weather because of all the skylights. We kept the door and the bedroom windows open until bedtime to draw some cool air through.

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

We had a fantastic stay at Charlie & Geouff’s spacious modern bungalow! The space was beautifully designed and spotless, with a superb kitchen that had everything we needed and more. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and the outdoor bbq – the perfect way to relax after a day out. Every detail was thought through for comfort and convenience. Highly recommend and we would absolutely return!

We had a fantastic stay at Tess and Ed’s place. If anything, the pictures don’t do it justice; it’s super cosy but comfortable, in a great location a stone’s throw from the beach, and loads of little personal touches such as a hand-written welcome card and a bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival (as well as the advertised breakfast food, coffee, etc.). Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Good shower with shampoo etc provided. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Fantastic place for a visit to nearby family. Mark was a great host, the location was perfect and the flat was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

We found it a very comfortable stay . Close to a selection of places to eat. Parking spots available. Everything is within walking distance. I would recommend Connor's place. Hopefully it's free next time we are in town!! Thank you!
