The kitchen includes essentials, and the spacious bathroom features an extra-long Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Just a block from Bidwell Park and near Downtown Chico.

This is a great home for entertaining. It features a hot tub, fenced backyard and large indoor gathering spaces. Rooms are great sized and all four rooms have king sized beds. House is located near the freeway and less than ten minutes from downtown, the hospital and both Upper Park and Lower Park. House has plenty of parking, with a large driveway and plenty of street parking.
