Hot Tub House! Large House for Entertaining Fun!

This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying yourself. The front of the house features HUGE yard space for games and hanging, and the backyard showcases a covered patio. The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a 65" Curved TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon. Minutes from downtown!

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. We have a new a different sofa than pictured.

Almost Brand New! Pets OK!

Newly Built quality home with beautiful comfortable furnishings. 3 bedrooms, each with a tv. Living room with lots of seating and open to a large dining room and big kitchen. This home is stocked with plenty of comfortable blankets, all the cooking utensils you need, coffee... and games to make your stay fun! Pets are ok if well trained (no barking or scratching etc) there is a convenient dog run on side yard. Back yard is quiet and sunny for bbq dinners.

Family Residence Near Bidwell Park

The home is a block from Bidwell Park with swimming holes, hiking and playgrounds at our doorstep. It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or out. Please contact host if interested in booking the backyard studio for an additional nightly cost.

Brand new home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. This home has many custom features throughout with all brand new furniture and bedding. One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.
