This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying yourself. The front of the house features HUGE yard space for games and hanging, and the backyard showcases a covered patio. The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a 65" Curved TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. East Park House | Downtown Style

We are just 2 blocks from One Mile in Bidwell Park and a short walk to downtown. A perfect location for exploring Chico. Close to the freeway, and Chico State and very central. We are on 8th St, which can be busy, but the house has triple insulated windows which cut down on the noise a bunch and back gate access to walk straight to the park or downtown. *We do not rent to guests without any prior host reviews.
