We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. The Dapper Fox

Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .

One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.
