We had a lovely, peaceful getaway. Beautiful little place with an amazing view!

Nice unit in a converted older home with a vintage vibe as pictured, upper unit with a decent flight of stairs to the top, there’s another unit below which accommodates a larger group, very audible at times as expected. There’s a balcony for use, too. Parking is available on the premises off to the side of the homes drive-way. It’s equipped with all of the amenities listed for convenience to include linens, cooking utensils, laundry, cleaning supplies, etc. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Caitlyn is pleasant and very helpful from check-in to check-out. I would recommend her unit to anyone seeking a safe space to lodge. Thx again, Caitlyn.

I am a repeat customer and am never disappointed. Immaculate as always. Charming downtown chillicothe is literally right around the corner. I know I’ll be coming back!

I would recommend this place for anyone needing housing for rotations/work at the Peoria hospitals. The area was very safe and quiet with no issues. This is the second floor of a duplex and although it isn’t the fanciest, it was super spacious with everything you need for a temporary stay and exactly what the pictures show. My only drawback is that upon check-in, the bathroom seemed like it was not cleaned, however Zuhair was very responsive and got it recleaned immediately. Overall, very smooth stay and was priced very competitively (lot cheaper than hotels). Perfect place for students doing rotations in the area but not looking to break the bank!
