Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chincoteague

We had a wonderful stay. My family fished, kayaked, paddle boarded, and ate at great restaurants recommended by the host. The house is SUPER CLEAN! Sheets smelled good. Beautiful surroundings and private. Host is very responsive and friendly.

We loved our stay at The Bluefish! The home was beautifully renovated, extremely clean and felt so welcoming. The location was ideal—just a quick walk to Main Street and the Island Creamery (a non-negotiable stop!). Jennifer was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and so helpful throughout our stay.

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

This place had a great location; it was less than 10 minutes for the local restaurants and only a 15 drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed, there was plenty of space for atleast 6 people (even though there was just the two of us). The airbnb itself was really charming. Host was amazing, really responsive and communicative. Their checkin and checkout procedures were really clear. My only “asterisk” is that since it is an older house and in the middle of a marshland basically, it was pretty humid inside. It seems normal for the area especially considering it was raining half of our stay. The AC boxes in every room definitely helped but just something to note about our stay. I’d recommend a dehumidifier to the hosts. Overall a great stay, would recommend this place to all when staying in Chincoteague!!

We loved our stay! The home was perfect for our young family. The location was perfect. We woke up every morning to a beautiful view. The location is private, we felt safe with our kids and dog walking around and riding bikes as there was hardly any traffic. Community is peaceful and calm with easy connection to town. Everything in the house is clearly marked with instructions. Our boys loved the toys on the rainy days and it was so nice to not have to pack bikes. We made so many great family memories. A great place to stay!

We had a great time at the Reel Deal on Teal. The place was adorable, beautifully decorated, and cozy. He provided everything, and I mean everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is expertly stocked and allowed us to cook a few meals. The location was right in the middle of everything. Chip was an excellent host and had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He even provided a park pass to see the ponies, which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We loved the ocean decor, beautiful place! Highlights for us were hanging out and having meals on the screened porch and kayaking in the bay. Mary Lou was super responsive and helpful, provided a full list of places to eat, see, and do. Wed’d love to go back in the fall!

Wonderful accommodations for a relaxing visit to a beautiful island!

From the very first contact with Adam, he was AMAZING. Very helpful, proactive, and engaging. I felt like I was messaging a friend. The condo was the absolute best! The pictures don’t do any justice to how clean, comfortable, and inviting the space is. Everything was immaculate from the moment we stepped into the front door and throughout. The air conditioning units in each room along with the washer and dryer made our stay that much more comfortable. The beach and boardwalk are 3 1/2 blocks away. Local restaurants are within walking distance and if you have a car, the entire Ocean City Md is yours to explore. The neighborhood is quiet, tucked away from all the hustle-and-bustle of busy beach areas, yet close enough for you to be in the mix within a 5-minute stroll. My family enjoyed every moment here, and are already seeking to plan our next trip to Ocean City at Adam’s condo. Thanks again, Adam.

Glenn and Susan have a great place in a very cute town. Perfect for a quick get away to the Eastern Shore or if you need a place to stop for the night. Very clean and the bed was very comfy.

The Fish House is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! My husband & I found it to be quite spacious for 2 people. The location was perfect; we were there from Sunday-Wednesday, and it was quiet and peaceful the whole time. It was conveniently located to Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock and all those towns have to offer! The A/C is brand new, and very effective against the Virginia heat and humidity. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing food, and we appreciated the coffee & tea supplies that were provided! The bed is comfortable and we slept well. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the water. As a bird watcher, it was so relaxing to view the local wildlife with the binoculars provided. Michelle is a wonderful host! Her instructions are clear, and checking in and out was easy. She also answered all our questions promptly, and thoroughly. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway on the Northern Neck, stay at The Fish House!

This space is perfect for one or two people to stay in Ocean City! Brianna provided all of the essentials - microwave, mini fridge, Keurig, coffee, cups, plates, utensils. The bed was very comfortable and the space was decorated nicely. It felt like your own studio apartment. Typically, Ocean City is very busy with lots of people but the area felt secluded and safe while still allowing you to be only 1-2 minutes from Coastal Highway.

Good place, nice and clean, well maintained as Airbnb type, freshly colored, several things to make place beautiful. Everything was there as described no surprises. I didn’t have to ask for anything during my stay, that made stay so much smooth.

Identical to pictures! Beautiful rental in convenient location. The beach and boardwalk were easily walkable and having Fish Tales next door was convenient! My only suggestion would be is to bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, there are no shades on kitchen windows so it’s very bright in the early morning since it’s all connected. It helped us to get up and moving in the morning so we didn’t mind. Morgan was quick to reply to messages and a very gracious owner! We will definitely be back.

This place is great for anyone that wants to enjoy the beach. There are several cool places and restaurants within walking distance and the house was in pristine condition when we came. The place had everything we needed and more. Great cooking supplies and tools, utensils, bedding, towel, everything. Super easy to get anything done.

This was my second time staying at Judy's for an organized bike ride, and it was as amazing as my first visit. It is a safe, comfy cozy space for a solo traveler - you feel the Ocean City vibes with a bit more peace and quiet. The parking is convenient, it's easy to come and go, and I always sleep so well and enjoy waking up to the sounds of birds. Not only was it perfect for my bike ride, but it's also so close to Ocean City, the boardwalk, great restaurants (like Sunset Grille!), and other shops/outlets. Judy is friendly and welcoming - thanks again for a wonderful time and I hope to make it for year 3 next spring, if not sooner!

Bao was prompt at responding to questions. The home was immaculately clean and much more spacious than appeared in the photos. The price was worth what we paid. My family and I were quite comfortable and we appreciated the starter items included with the rental. There were ample cooking utensils and the appliances were clean and in excellent condition. We travelled from out of state and brought a suitcase with our own linen. Not ideal, but this was a much more financially prudent option than paying the linen providers $190.00 for sheets and towels. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bao’s rental. We were close to restaurants and the beach and had a view of the water. We highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Surfers Dream. The condo was as good if not better than it appears online, the location was great being away from the hustle of the boardwalk area but close enough to easily enjoy everything it has to offer. We came for the Boardwalk Rock Festival and it was our first time at Ocean City. We were all very pleasantly surprised by how nice the whole area was and didn’t expect such a great boardwalk and beach for miles. The condo was a perfect fit for our group and we will definitely consider future visits.

House was very home like. Host was very communicative which made the stay much more easier. Had very clear explanations of everything. We enjoyed ourselves, definitely.

Absolutely loved staying at Heather's property. It was peaceful, quiet and looked exactly like the photos provided. Only a quick walk away from the beach and boardwalk area. Would love to come back again!

I loved it here! It's literally an ocean front space. We enjoyed having the screen door open listening to the waves. I loved this place so much I'm literally telling everyone about it so they can stay there haha! The weather wasn't great to start when we went down but I 10000% would book again. We were steps away from the beach, we was able to still see our unit from the sand. I got lucky to find this place!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

Shiri was very friendly and she reached out to make sure we had her number. We travelled with a one year old and she fell asleep before we could check in and they were very accommodating. They had everything, a playpen and even had beach toys as we forgot hers. The place is beautiful and in the perfect location with great instructions from Shiri. You have the perfect view for sunrise and sunset, the sound of the waves is very relaxing. The beach is literally at your finger tips. We will definitely be coming back again.
