100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

Hello and welcome to My humble home. Its quiet and elegant, more than 2000 square feet, very modest, quiet living environment. You will have your privacy, just respect the house rules other guest(s). I'm 5 minutes from down- town (walking),5 minutes up-hill to the hospitals(20 mins walking), free street parking, close to coffee shops and the library. Close to Gyms, and grocery, gas. NOTE:travel nurses and others on a work study stay for longer stays. I have dates blocked but inquire 4 avail.
