Casa Mosè is a single house with a garden, equipped with every comfort, just a few kilometers from Belluno. The house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor there is a nice kitchen with dining table and two armchairs, a half bathroom and a single bedroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a single room and a nice bathroom with shower. The stairs and floors on the first floor are made of wood as well as the furniture. The house is surrounded by a private garden and has a canopy to eat.

Our house is located in the village center of Kastelbell Tschars in the Lower Vinschgau in a quiet location, an ideal holiday destination for families with children at any time of the year. The concept is "living in nature" . The special feature are two glass fronts with unrestricted views over the valley, which can be opened on both sides in the basement. This makes it possible to create a pleasant climate, even in strong sunlight . Accessible as both levels have a separate entrance.

Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating. The local tax of €2.20 per person per night is charged separately on-site.

Our light-flooded apartment is fully equipped, and features a private south-facing balcony with a unique view. Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Afterwards, treat yourself to a few hours of relaxation in the private sauna in your chalet or end the day on the couch with a glass of wine and a view through our panoramic windows.

Single house surrounded by nature with breathtaking panoramic views of the city of Belluno. It is perfect for those looking for a relaxing vacation or for those who love walks and hikes. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa Cere (the large yellow house next door), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared with Casa Cere guests.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

The “Villa Chicken,” built in the 1960s, enjoys a sunny and unique location above Brixen. Renovated in Mid-Century style, it now shines in new splendor, with interiors that bring the 60s back to life. A whirlpool with views invites you to relax.
