Meyana Lake Manor

Experience a 'Secluded Forest Retreat' with our comfortable high ceiling rooms facing the pond and forest. All rooms have private bathrooms and are furnished with antique furnitures, Tempur beds with 100% cotton sheets and towels, all custom woven for Meyana. The building was build in 1885 and was completely renovated in 2017. Since the building is made of masonry, it is cool in summers and warm in winters. We are located near the forest of Slavkovsky, located on the quiet southwest edge of the village of Three Axe, under the mountain Dyleň (939 m above sea level). A yellow hiking trail leads from the Marianske Spa, following additional trips opening the border path, as well as beautiful places on the Bavarian side.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Large forest areas, many streams and ponds as well as green meadows are only some of the beautiful aspects of the area. A stay here is ideal for travellers on their way to Prague or anywhere East. The caravan and tipi in the castle park invite you to rest on your journey through the beauties of western Bohemia. Suitable for cyclists, hikers or other pilgrims. Simple equipment - 3-person airport in a caravan, wood stove, fireplace in a teepee. Toilet, sink, drinking water and shared kitchen are available in the castle building. For more guests, we can prepare a simple sleepover in a teepee or set up additional tents.

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
