Atascosa Suite

Featuring our Atascosa Suite on a beautiful South Texas Property with a view of our large 1 acre pond stocked with large fish that you will be able to feed. If you love watching wildlife there is plenty of it here. Deer, Turkey, Dove, Quail, Javilina, and many other wild animals. Enjoy your private fire Pit and BBQ Pit or take a evening walk on our 1 mile walking Trail which is kept in the native South Texas landscape. Love water? Well take our Peddle boat for a stoll on the small lake.

Fun family memories will be made here. My comfortable,updated lakefront house offers beautiful views of Lake Corpus Christi in a quiet lakeside community. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Perfect for the Snowbird, couples or anyone looking to relax. 30 amp RV hookup and septic available for small fee. Hook up and relax in the home while you do your laundry. Plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat. This is not a lakefront property. Access via state park. Most pets ok with pre-notification. Absolutely no more than 4 people maximum.

Perfect little get away spot for a fishing or hunting weekend trip in the area.
