The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

Welcome to Our Chalet - a beautiful construction in harmony with Nature and decorated with great charm and comfort. Located in a gated community 3 km from Curral Beach, south of Ilhabela, with paved access from the ferry. Integrated into the Atlantic Forest and with an ocean view from all rooms. Perfect for 1 couple, but accommodates up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, plus the possibility of 4G for the perfect home office. Fenced chalet and garage area for the safety of your pet.

Casa pé na areia com piscina privativa. Máximo 8 hóspedes. Aceitamos 01 pet até 13 kg. Não é permitido hóspedes acima da reserva e visitas (Day use). Colocar a quantidade de adultos, crianças, bebês e pet se houver. 120 m² house in the middle of the nature of the old Ilhabela water park, with 2 cozy suites with 43" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Charming living room with 65" Smart TV and hot/cold air. Full kitchen with large 430L Panasonic refrigerator, 1000 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi and private backyard with barbecue and private natural pool. Upstairs, a king-size bed suite with a view of the stars, bathtub, and balcony. Large balcony with pool table, hammock and bridge to the waterfall gazebo.

Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Enjoy all the comfort to relax in an infinity pool overlooking the sea and mountains, in front of Ilha das Cabras and with a breathtaking sunset. All en-suites overlook the sea, have air-conditioning and a large deck with a gourmet area with a barbecue grill, a wood-burning stove and a pizza oven. Easy access to Pedras Miúdas beach, a few minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy kayaking and diving. All this with the security of a gated community.

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

A bungalow built artistically in every detail... a bathtub open to the woods with a glass ceiling gives the feeling of being immersed in nature, with a centenary fig tree in front and many birds... intimate and welcoming in connection with Nature, in contact with this reserve area of the Atlantic Forest. The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.
