Located on the slope between the beaches of Toque Toque Grande and Calhetas, in São Sebastião, on the north coast of São Paulo, Casa Pôr has a tangential view of the horizon as the central point of its architectural project. The scenery is formed by the beach of Toque Toque Grande, the city of Ilha Bela, the island of Montão de Trigo and, in the background, the Alcatrazes Archipelago, which, in the tangle of different shades between blue and green, transports its guests as close to the heights as possible.

My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

A casa está localizada em um bairro calmo de moradores que mesmo durante a temporada é tranquilo. Fica perto do centro e com fácil acesso às lindas praias do litoral norte e Ilhabela. Você vai ouvir as ondas do mar do seu quarto, acordar com o canto dos passarinhos e ainda estará a poucos passos de uma bela caminhada matinal pela praia. O bairro contém padaria, peixaria, mercado, restaurantes, posto de gasolina, farmácia, entre outros estabelecimentos.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).
