Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.

Newly-built independent accommodation located in a very small condominium in a residential area, just a 12-minute walk from the center of Sorrento. At check-in, you must pay an accommodation tax of €4.00 per person per night and show a copy of both guests' ID. Free parking is available. Towel change available on request for €20. There is an additional charge for the laundering of heavily soiled linens. Cleaning service available upon request with surcharge.
