The house is within over a hundred acres of farm land, with its own private garden; lawn, wild flower area, barbeque and terrace, and has stunning views across the valley to the South-West over the Epynt. The house is next to a quiet farm yard, with no neighbours for half a mile. If you love sitting under the stars then look no further!

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!
